Nakhon Si Thammarat Hotels with Wi-Fi

Stayed here for 5 nights July 2022. Absolutely fabulous. Originally only booked for two nights, however the hotel was so good, I soon changed it to five. Flew down from Don Meuang and was collected from the airport by the hotel taxi, a great service. There was a small charge for this. The concierge guys at the hotel were fantastic. They even organised a hire car for us, which was great. Check in fine, staff on the front desk couldn't be better. The room on the 17th floor excellent. People on here mention the bed. Oh my goodness, the best mattress, bedding and pillows I've ever slept on. Everything perfect in the room and worked just fine. The fittings looked and felt high quality too. Breakfast... Wow, buffet style. All the food on offer was superb. Southern Thai food is really delicious. I tried everything during my 5 night stay. We even had dinner there one night and that too was fabulous. I think the hotel is owned by the CP group, which owns the 7/11 group, and many of the large supermarkets here in Thailand. Mr CP. himself would enjoy a stay here! This is a City centre hotel, if you're looking for a large swimming pool complex, this place may not be for you. However there is a decent size swimming pool with a nice looking Spa complex and a well equipped gym. We were visiting family, so didn't get chance to use those facilities during our stay. Excellent value for money! Couldn't fault the stay at the Grand Fortune Hotel. I will definitely return to Nakhon to visit my new Thai family. I'll definitely be booking this hotel again. The hotel is clean even when older. Convenient in the heart of the city Affordable room All amenities in the room But the outside floor carpet starts to smell. The sudden mistake is that the theater accepts outdoor activities regardless of the internal customers. Receive a wedding by allowing the host to play music into the event with a crowd full of speakers behind the pickup truck. At 8 o'clock in the morning Repeat that 8 to 9 o'clock, the sound of the glass shaking shows that you have poor management. You have the right not to allow the host to play music but do not. Show that you don't care about the internal customers. Show that you want to have an additional income regardless of most of them are resting customers.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was located just off the main road and suitable for travellers with a car. Quite a few car parks both covered and uncovered are available. The bed was comfortable and I liked the hair dryer provided. There is a great street food market just beyond the bridge on the left of the main road. There is also a craft beer bar next to the hotel (which looks like it’s designed or owned by the hotel??) where we watched the World Cup. Room felt a little bare and minimal amenities provided. The water heater for the shower is timed and you would get a sudden blast of hot water or ice cold water so you need to time your bath. Only one key provided so if you leave the room after taking a shower, the power turns off and you come back to a damp bathroom as the air vent is shut off. The sound travels from the corridor but I don’t think there were many guests during our stay so it wasn’t too bad. There is no kettle provided in the room so you have to go to the outdoor lobby area to get hot water, a bit inconvenient but at least it’s provided.

The hotel location is good, but the room space (smaller) didn't match as the advertisement. The restroom should be improved which has to seperate wet and dry zone,

Stayed in a fan room on the upper floor. The bathroom has a cloth separating the shower zone. The staff at reception are good and polite 😊 In the morning there is light food served such as coffee, Ovaltine, crackers.

We have always chosen at Twin Lotus when we have to visit Nakhon Si Thammarat. The room here is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Things that need to be improved are the chair is old and shaggy and there’s only one plug socket. Buffet breakfast is good but the best is its Chinese restaurant. The location is not more than 400 meters from the fresh market. In the morning you can walk and find something to eat in the market. But if it's in the evening, it may be difficult to find something to eat because there is no 7-11. The room is clean and has all the utensils and a hair dryer provided. The bathroom is wide and not cramped. But the room is not soundproof, there is no elevator, you have to walk only by stairs. The building has 3 floors, you get a room on the 2nd floor. The housekeeper is good-natured, speaks well and smiles. But the employee at the check-in counter is not very welcoming (not smiling at all).

The blankets and sheets in the room look clean. There may be some dust in the channels, but it's understandable that there are a lot of people using the service. Overall, it's nice to stay. It is considered flexible and easy to travel anywhere. It is recommended that you can stay.

Good budget hotel clean room and comfortable bed in room have tv and refrigerator they have a need to improve more things but overall good stay in this hotel friendly staff bathroom also clean so recommend this place🤔👌👌👌👌

I’ve stayed at the MD Grand twice: a few years ago just after it opened and then again on this current trip. In its price range, it’s hard to top in Nakhon Si Thammarat. The staff are excellent and the whole place is very clean, modern and well maintained. Robinson is only 5 minutes’ walk away and there are various Ma and Pa type eateries a short walk away as well. Importantly, the wifi is reliable, something which isn’t guaranteed in these parts... Breakfast is also good. There are four a la carte options and the receptionist took our order upon check-in (18 hours in advance) which was quirky, uber-efficient and somehow cool. There is no kettle in the room, which is the only downer. Would definitely stay there again.
