Amazing facilities, warm staff and the meals are so good. The ambience is something else. It is a whole vibe. Enjoying meals alongside a good selection of music has been my greatest joy and experience. This was a beautiful experience and thank you Sarova.

The ballroom was conducive. The food and beverages were really nice. I like the professionalism of the staff( Damarice-chef in particular). The facility is clean. Thank for the kind hospitality. Keep the standards We will definately consider coming back .

In Sarova for a business conference and I’m always looking forward to meal times. 1. Because the food is very delicious 2. My experience with the staff there, so kind, so helpful, so warm and approachable, among others. I particularly interacted with Damaris and Bryson who I noticed go out of their way to make our mealtimes fulfilling. Thank you Sarova!! I will personally be back.

The hotel was very nice and clean, but the staff are the stars here.
Everyone from the restaurant to the front desk was kind and helpful.
Specifically Betty at reception. She went above and beyond to help me during my stay.

Clean and comfortable one night stay at this hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was good, and there was plenty of variety. One of the main disappointments was that the gym and spa are still "under construction", which were were not aware of before travelling. Apparently this has been the case for 5 years - how long does it take?!

Mr. Donald, the F&B manager, and Ms. Damaris, the Chief Chef, were incredibly hospitable in accommodating our request for Chinese fried rice for dinner and chicken porridge for breakfast. Their attentiveness truly satisfied our Asian taste buds. The hotel team provided efficient service with warm smiles. I highly recommend this hotel to other visitors!
