Best Western Dorchester Hotel Reviews

Stay was comfortable. Parking was very limited and road side parking had to be used and it's limited to until 8am for free parking, which can be inconvenient for guest who are staying longer than that timing. I also do not prefer the beds to face the mirrors directly and this had full size mirror next to both beds.

The hotel is in the prime location, has a lot of restaurants nearby and our room is facing the harbour which is great. The public area of the hotel is a bit old and improvement is required on cleanliness, but the room itself is clean, bright and relatively modern. The car park is always full and we have to park our car at the public car park near the hotel and get refund when we check out.

The air conditioner started leaking 3 or 4 days before we left the hotel as we were there for one week . It was kind of awkward as it is above the closet and right in front of the front door so we had to keep a towel down so nobody slipped. Especially my 5yr old son when he visited . Also I didn't realise when booking the room how small it was, it actually was inconvenient, how small it was especially for a week! If I had known that (because the picture makes it look like a regular sized hotel room and they had thae size on there bit which really looks at the sq metre if the room size. If I I had known it was so small I wouldn't of rented there. The staff were great though. They didn't charge us for late booking four when we told them about the air conditioner leaking

You can see the sea view, the room is not big, the layout is good, you can walk to the beach, there are good restaurants nearby, the food is good👌, but the city is too old and there are vagrants nearby.

It's clean and tidy, meets your needs, the staff is friendly, the coffee and green tea are delicious, and it's convenient to go out, just downtown. I will stay here again next time I travel with my children.

The hotel has just been renovated. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the waiters are very warm and considerate. I stayed in the same hotel for several days during my trip. It is located in the city center by the sea. You can see some sea views. It is convenient to go out. Some attractions are right there. There is no need to drive nearby, you can reach it if you can't, it feels good, and you don't have to worry about inconvenient parking! A great experience, will come again next time!

Except parking, no free breakfast, everything else is satisfactory

We booked a double-bed sea view room, looking at the sea view park opposite, the environment is good, but facing the road, I heard the sound of cars at night; the small street that the hotel turns out to is very comfortable and quiet, there are many restaurants, but it closes early, generally They close at 8 or 8:30

The location is good. There is a view of the fishing port in the bay, but parking is difficult, but you can park in a nearby public parking lot and ask the hotel to reimburse the parking fee

The hotel looks good, the location is very good, it is on the seaside, and the surrounding art is strong. There is a good restaurant on the first floor, but the interior facilities and corridors are relatively old. The most important thing to complain about is the parking lot. There is no parking space, you can go to the hotel with the parking ticket in other parking lots for reimbursement

Room clean!

The heater size air conditioner was very noisy could maybe be serviced. The bathroom taps were very loose. The lights would flicker off and on in the bathroom besides, that staff was very nice.
