"I would describe myself as a “non-guest” as I reserved and booked here, thinking it was a dog-accepting hotel. But at checkin, there was a sign “no dogs in rooms” - so I was in a quandary. When I iexclaimed at my confusion and error, the receptionist was totally cool and maximum helpful - he called a sister hotel, transferred my reservation and payment to them, pre-checked me in, and  never broke a swear, just “happy to help ma’am. “ Great service! Excellent staff!  Thanks so much!"

"My husband and I had were gifted a staycation stay and dinner date here recently. Walking into the room we were greeted with a little welcome basket with snacks (totally unexpected, and such a nice touch), the fridge had water and cream for my morning coffee. The room was beautiful, everything was meticulously placed and the more I looked at the details of the room the more I realized just how clean the room was. Your house keeping staff are doing an amazing job! The room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The first thing I did was fill the claw foot tub up and had a bath in the sunshine and gazed at the ocean views. We had one of the most delicious dinners we have had in a long time. Every bite was a symphony of flavors. We were so satisfied that there was no possible way there was room for dessert... but we had it anyway! Dinner, dessert and drinks were just heavenly. Service is fantastic. It is clear to see as I watched "regulars" come in, that they view the staff as family, as they gave the waiter a greeting hug. He knew them all by their first names as they walked them to their table. It was nice to see these older people (who could easily be my grandparents) be treated with such warmth and hospitality. You have a wonderful place here and the Manager/Chef should be proud of the team you have put together. Thank you for a wonderful date night! I almost forgot! The grounds... WOW! Your gardener is doing a terrific job keeping the place looking this beautiful!"
