My shampoo and conditioner were still in shower from past occupants which didn’t feel great. Also I had no pens or paper in my room.
My lamp didn’t work and I didn’t find check in great I asked a question 3x not getting an answer. Maybe the glass was a factor but it wasn’t great first impression.

The hotel was updated and clean, but in a questionable area. The breakfast was not great. The staff were excellent though. My husband accudentally left his expensive water bottle at the counter when we checking out and the front desk person remebered who we were when she saw it and tracked us down. Truly above and beyond.
