房間太老了，地點不錯，吃東西方便，如果衹住一晚上，還想帶點海貨回家的話，離市場也不遠，離海邊也很近，可以看到很多漁船

南澳賓館是個老賓館。房間大，光線好，一眼望去大海輪船車水馬龍。地理位置非常好，樓下就是公交站，如到各景點衹需7元車票，周邊歺館林立。步行100米即是海濱路，身處鬧市而不喧。

很少給酒店差評，但是這家店真的讓我很不滿意，一百多塊老式招待所居然收三百多，性價比很低！#衞生招待所風格，設施老舊，洗手間乾濕不分離，洗澡區和馬桶很近，洗澡水濺到黃黃的馬桶上反彈到身上，毛巾等東西又舊又臟，床單很薄泛黃有污漬，掉線嚴重。紙巾都沒有！標配礦泉水也沒有！摳死！o＞o#位置交通賓館和隔壁的食家共用十來個車位，這家店又是專做旅行團住宿的，導致車位非常緊張。裏一層外一層，在這住期間居然移了三次車位！旅行車又會擋路開不進來，更氣人的是好不容易等到有位置了，把停放在遠處的車開回來門口停放方便下行李，前台一女的居然在我已經等着移車進來並説明情況的前提下讓後到的本地車先停放進來，差點撞到我！也導致我的車移到半路進不來又要停別處！還給貼了單！早聞潮汕人排外沒想到前台處理事情那麼過分，一點專業素質都沒有🈚！毫無底線！！！先來後到的道理都不懂？沒試過入住那麼受氣！#性價比不建議入住，旅行團一來辦理入住要排隊很久，大聲説話影響休息，不隔音！關鍵是毫無服務可言。如果不是退不了真不會入住！
