"Major drawbacks: The laundry room was incredibly noisy, with four washing machines and dryers rumbling all night long. Plus, there was a persistent buzzing sound from the light near the entrance. In such a quiet area, these two noises were extremely noticeable, making it impossible to sleep. On the plus side: The owner provided excellent service, even giving us milk and complimentary headphones at the start. I initially thought this was a thoughtful gesture, but it turns out it was to mitigate the noise. They should really turn off the laundry room after midnight. Most short-term guests don't have such a high demand for laundry that it needs to run all night. The headphones didn't help at all. While I might overlook this on a normal night, paying over 700 for a bad night's sleep makes all the other complimentary services feel like too little, too late."

The private terrace was perfect for watching the sunset, truly therapeutic, and the smart home features throughout were both convenient and stylish. The hotel is built right by the sea, and the infinity pool and viewing platform both offer stunning ocean views. The cleanliness was absolutely spotless. When traveling with your bestie, getting great photos is a must! We sat in the lobby during sunset and took pictures together – no filter needed, the vibe was just incredible. I have to praise the hotel's sea-view pool and viewing platform too; they are absolute photography hotspots. My friend and I spent a whole afternoon shooting there and didn't run out of unique shots. For anyone who prioritizes aesthetics, photo opportunities, and comfort, this place is a definite must-book! Crucially, it's just a few minutes by electric scooter to the town, making getting around super convenient. Plus, the guesthouse offers thoughtful service; the host even provides a Nan'ao Island travel guide, which is incredibly helpful. Even if you just want to relax indoors, the environment here is tranquil and perfectly fulfills all expectations for a high-quality vacation. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Nan'ao Island! 💗"

"Worst hotel ever, I left feeling utterly exhausted, seriously, do not come here! I was so unbelievably frustrated with this hotel. I arrived at midnight, and the underground parking was a confusing maze. Even when I found a spot, they were all taken. When I got to the room, I was stunned. There was standing water on the floor and in the bathroom, leaving footprints with every step. The bathroom floor drain was elevated, so it wouldn't drain properly. The shower was so small I couldn't even extend my arms, and there was an opened, partially used towel left on the counter. The deal-breaker was the broken light by the door, which made an annoying beeping sound all night, making it impossible to rest. I stayed awake until morning. The next day, I was so drowsy driving back that my whole trip was messed up. The parking, cleanliness, facilities, and quietness were all unacceptable. This place is not fit to be a hotel. Seriously, avoid it!"

"The B&B was clean, hygienic, and relatively quiet. We ordered takeout in the evening and had a barbecue in the courtyard. The housekeeper was also very helpful, answering our questions and even bringing us welcome fruit. It's also quite close to the Tropic of Cancer and other attractions."

"We carefully selected this seaside guesthouse on Nan'ao Island. It's newly opened, and the pool, lobby, and other public areas were very comfortable. The service was excellent, and parking was free. They even gave us three professional photos, which we were very happy with, and there was no hard selling. The room was large with a great view, and the overall decor was nice. However, some practicality was sacrificed for aesthetics. First, the curtains didn't block out the light! We were both woken up by the balcony light around 5 or 6 am and couldn't fall back asleep, seriously affecting our sleep. Second, there was very little storage space. A small cabinet was already full, a small coffee table (too small and covered in decorations), and the lamps on the two bedside tables were too big. The only place we could put things was the inner table (which also had two decorations on it)."

After enjoying the sea breeze and a beer downstairs, we could head straight back to the hotel. Our room on the 15th floor was very quiet, not disturbed by the noise from below. The room was also very new. Service was satisfactory, highly recommended."

The reception was very unfriendly. Cannot tune the TV in the room, you need to call for the maintenance team. After that, don't shut down the TV, or you have to call the maintenance team again."

"An exceptionally satisfying stay! 🌿 The courtyard was absolutely gorgeous in the evening, with vibrant purple flowers climbing the bamboo fence. The evening breeze was so soothing. The campsite was meticulously designed, with white tents and a charming coffee corner creating a fantastic atmosphere – every corner was a picture-perfect shot! The guesthouse itself was clean and cozy, with all the amenities I needed, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Perfect for relaxing or a small gathering with friends. The value for money is amazing, I'll definitely be back!"

The sea view was obstructed by the buildings in front, significantly detracting from the scenery and making it very poor value for money. The hotel's location is good, within walking distance of the Gate of Nature. If you plan to stay here, a regular sea-view room would suffice, as it's much cheaper."
