"The hotel is on the 13th floor of the Seaview Building. The room is spacious, long and narrow, and quite comfortable, facing the sea. The room lighting system is excellent. The towels in the bathroom, which are supposed to be disposable, are not very good; they don't absorb water well and are difficult to dry. The location is very central, right across from the beach, and there are many snack stalls nearby. It's very convenient. Parking is available in a public parking lot, about 50 meters from the hotel, with a daily cap of 30 yuan."

"I have booked 4 rooms for my friends and myself one night on 27-28/5. The problems we have encountered were : 1. Cockroaches and mosquitoes were found in our rooms. Hygiene conditions seemed not cope with hotel standard. 2. There was sewage backflow in one room at 2nd floor. After report, the staff came in but just didn’t know how to fix the problem. Although the hotel changed another room for my friend, it is a pity that the hotel didn’t have any risk management on customer service. 3. The attitude of the staff was not user friendly to make the customers feel like at home."

The shower in the toilet leaked outside, so if the neighbor was showering, the showerhead in our room wouldn't have water. We had two rooms, and both of us said we woke up several times during the night because we couldn't sleep peacefully. The main reason we chose it was because of the cheap price. The hotel is on the second floor. Overall, it's just so-so."
