"Let's start with the positives:
1. For this price, a spacious sea-view room, backed by mountains and facing the ocean, plus a projector TV – you really can't ask for much more.
2. The butler service was pretty good; they answered all questions and even brought me a shower cap late at night.
Now for the negatives:
1. The bathroom smelled absolutely terrible, like a sewer gas that hit you straight in the face. Every minute showering or using the toilet in there was agony! The butler said it was due to the wall structure and had been reported to property management, but I'm not the owner, and I really don't want to smell that, not even for one night 😭.
2. The washing machine on the balcony flooded the moment I used it. At first, I thought it was raining outside, but then I realized the machine's drainage was completely blocked, and all the water spilled onto the balcony floor.
3. The coffee table surface was quite an eyesore; I couldn't even tell if it was dirt, grease, dust, or just wear and tear 😓. And if I didn't put things on the coffee table, there was basically no other surface in the room, as there was no desk. So, I had to clean the coffee table myself before putting anything on it. Also, the sofa fabric didn't look very clean either.
4. The refrigerator was extremely noisy. We didn't even use the air conditioning at night, but we could hear the fridge running constantly…"

"It was great! The floor-to-ceiling windows were huge, and so was the room. The sea view was amazing and perfect for photos. My mom loved it. It was so comfortable just staying in the hotel and not even going out. I honestly wish I could have stayed here for a few more days without leaving. The room was cleaned well and very tidy, with everything you could need. The staff member was also very helpful and tried his best to accommodate our requests. They even offered a free electric scooter, but unfortunately, we were too scared to ride it. My mom said she wants to come back to Nan'ao for a few days when she has time, and stay in this exact room again!"

"It's super convenient to order takeout here, and it's just a short walk to the beach or the promenade for food and sightseeing. The suite we booked with our child was very convenient and even offered a sea view. The guesthouse has a shared kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, a fridge, and an air fryer, etc. Downstairs, there's a market where you can buy groceries and cook your own meals. The front desk also has beach toys for guests to borrow, and when we checked out, they even gave us a fridge magnet and seaweed as gifts. The service was excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay."

"Our room on the 10th floor had a fantastic environment, offering an unobstructed 180-degree sea view. At night, we could sit at the tea table by the bay window and enjoy a free fireworks show. Downstairs, there's Qianjiang Bay Beach, which is perfect for kids to play in the sand. Excellent value for money, definitely a thumbs up!"

"This hotel was an excellent choice for our trip to Nan'ao Island. First off, the service at this guesthouse was absolutely amazing. My child wasn't feeling well after eating raw seafood in Shantou the day before, and the hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful; they specially cooked a pot of congee for us. It was so touching to receive such care when we were far from home, it truly felt like home. As for the room, the guesthouse facilities are very new and incredibly clean. The window offers a stunning, unbeatable sea view, and you can even catch the sunrise from the side, though unfortunately the weather wasn't good that night so we missed it. Getting around is also very convenient as it's located in the middle section of the island ring road. If I get the chance to come back, I'll definitely stay here again!"

"The room was average, a bit like the high-end All Seasons, with a great location. Unfortunately, I booked a sea view room but it rained the next day and I didn't see the sunrise. The beach is opposite the hotel, and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk to the Tropic of Cancer. There are also many restaurants around.
The hotel service is worth praising. They proactively sent classic attractions and routes in advance to avoid detours. They also took the initiative to care about whether there was enough water in the room, and the parking lot manager was also enthusiastic to help with parking."

"I booked a room with two beds, which was perfect for a family of 3-4 people. The room was very clean and the environment was great (please excuse the unmade bed!). You could even see the sea from the room (I didn't take a picture). This is part of a Country Garden development, and many locals actually own homes and live here. There are three elevators, all very fast and clean, just like the ones in a residential building, clearly well-maintained and cleaned by property management.
After check-in, the front desk even brought fresh fruit to our room. The front desk staff were also very polite and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this place. This guesthouse even includes breakfast, but unfortunately, we had an early start and couldn't make it."

This time, I stayed in a Muyun Seaview Room. Although it was only a partial sea view, the room was very spacious with a good view. The layout and decor were aesthetically pleasing, and the bedding was comfortable. There was a slight air conditioner noise, but the soundproofing was good. All the hotel staff were very enthusiastic and professional, especially Arsen at the front desk. There was a complimentary afternoon tea, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. It offered a variety of dishes including stir-fries, congee, noodles, and small wontons, all of which tasted great. The service standards could be slightly improved."

Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They also help to receive my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. They also specially provide our room upgrade for seaview to our special honeymoon couple.
The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay.
The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located at seaside , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again.
The amenities are well-equipped, thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private big room, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive.
Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future."
