非酒店房間，就是公寓房
設施：設備差、陳舊、門窗隔音效果差，牆面漆脱落、潮濕
衞生：毛巾和浴巾漆黑，桌椅和地面灰塵多
環境：整棟樓四、五家民宿和公寓酒店，人員混亂、安全隱患大
