An acquaintance introduced me and went to the hotel in the afternoon. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic and poured water for me. The service was too enthusiastic. The lobby was cool and the fragrance was charming. Yes, I sleep very quietly. I am a Northeastern person who likes to eat that butter bun. The room is quite big, clean and tidy. I'm very satisfied. Everyone is very polite. Someone opens the door when you get off the car and takes your luggage when you enter. The room is clean and hygienic, which makes people feel happy. I look forward to staying here next time!

Great location by the river, with nice views, and right next to Tengwang Pavilion. Room was spacious and clean, with the expected basic amenities, but seemed to be some issues with soundproofing as there was constant banging from floor above. Service at front desk quite slow and not particularly friendly. Overall, good choice for a citybreak or business trip to Nanchang, would recommend.

Location is very good in the middle of shopping and food street. The room isn't well-maintained and when I just came in the strong nasty smell from the drainage attacked me. So I had to stay for 2 night in a room with that smell because it was always raining that I was so reluctant to spend days outside. Regretfully, if only the management would renovate and care about the drainage it would be a nice property. Eventhough I closed the bathroom room, the smell was still strong and AC even made it worse spreading it to the entire room.

The hotel is very close to Nanchang Station, which is very convenient. I especially like the front desk service. I said that I had a bad sleep, and the girl immediately upgraded me to a zero-pressure room. It was really good! The hotel's disposable supplies are also very good. The shampoo bottle cap has a lock which is very secure. It deserves praise! Makeup cotton swabs and disposable face towels are included, which is very user-friendly! The hotel environment is quite good I...1. It is very cool and comfortable in the elevator. The electricity in the room was taken out in advance and the air conditioner was turned on in advance. I like it very much. It is clean and tidy. The waiter enthusiastically gave me two fruits. I happened to be hungry. Eat a good one, very cost-effective, great, great!

Hotel was in a good location, close to Bayi Square. Also close to the metro station and convenience store. Customer service was very good here and Sunny at the reception desk was very helpful with providing us very good information on where to get a COVID-19 test before we left. Gave us directions and the opening times. She also spoke very good English too and should be commented.

Positive points: The hotel is overall good. Good value for its price. The room was warm (travelled in winter) - even had to leave the window open. The WiFi connection was fast. You can use their washing machines for your laundry (2 RMB). Close to the Nanchang West Railway Station. Negative points: Very far from where all the fun is. The neighbourhood is quite new, apparently. Dead. Better to pay more and find a hotel in the city centre, as, anyway, you will spend the same money on taxis or waste more than an hour daily on public transportation (also need to walk about 1km from the subway station). The room was not very clean. The carpet under the bed looked horrible. Even saw someone's nail on it. A used toothpick on the floor in the toilet. There even was someone's snot on the wall in the shower. Lost 12 yuan when doing my laundry, as there's an ad popping up when you scan the QR code on the washing machine prompting you to pay 12 RMB. I can't read Chinese and didn't bother to check the translation as I didn't expect any other payment. The Front Desk hadn't warned me about it. I complained to Front Desk agent, who promised someone would get back to me on the matter the next day. Of course, nobody did. The service is sometimes slow. When you flush the toilet, the water splashes everywhere. Not very hygienic. The water in the shower at certain hours turns hot or cold every five to ten seconds - couldn't take a shower comfortably.
