AAlBajgurdPositive points: The hotel is overall good. Good value for its price. The room was warm (travelled in winter) - even had to leave the window open. The WiFi connection was fast. You can use their washing machines for your laundry (2 RMB). Close to the Nanchang West Railway Station. Negative points: Very far from where all the fun is. The neighbourhood is quite new, apparently. Dead. Better to pay more and find a hotel in the city centre, as, anyway, you will spend the same money on taxis or waste more than an hour daily on public transportation (also need to walk about 1km from the subway station). The room was not very clean. The carpet under the bed looked horrible. Even saw someone's nail on it. A used toothpick on the floor in the toilet. There even was someone's snot on the wall in the shower. Lost 12 yuan when doing my laundry, as there's an ad popping up when you scan the QR code on the washing machine prompting you to pay 12 RMB. I can't read Chinese and didn't bother to check the translation as I didn't expect any other payment. The Front Desk hadn't warned me about it. I complained to Front Desk agent, who promised someone would get back to me on the matter the next day. Of course, nobody did. The service is sometimes slow. When you flush the toilet, the water splashes everywhere. Not very hygienic. The water in the shower at certain hours turns hot or cold every five to ten seconds - couldn't take a shower comfortably.

GGuest User第一次給酒店寫評論，不管是沃爾頓的ACA還是假日我一共住了9天，因為突然發燒的緣故不得不滯留在了南昌。這家酒店不管是環境衞生還是工作人員的服務，真的完美極致，令人心暖。我因身體緣故無法下樓續費，前台人員親自上來並且送了很多好吃的零食，甚至專門泡了薑茶端上來。並且期間我無時差的打電話給前台表達需求，所有工作人員超級耐心。酒店早餐種類也很豐富，環境更是沒得説啦！ACA每天一睜眼樓下就是江景，假日酒店也非常安靜。住酒店最重要的就是乾淨！這兩家沒得説，阿姨每天來打掃房間，更換所有用品。連保潔阿姨都很熱心！關心我的身體，提醒我多喝熱水，開窗通風。所有沃爾頓的工作人員真的很認真耐心熱心腸且敬業！在這個陌生的城市，因為沃爾頓讓一切變得温暖起來了，感謝！！

CChaoThe hotel is one of the high-end hotels in the city. The cost for one-night stay actually was very reasonable by U.S. standards. It offers shower and jacuzzi in the room and very comfortable bed. The excellent breakfast was also included. The front desk and concierge offered tremendous help with friendliness and sincerity. Their service afterwards was also impressive. The front desk made an error with my U.S. credit card. Instead of using it as a deposit, he mistakenly placed a charge on it. After I returned to the U.S. I got an urgent message from trip.com to ask me to contact the hotel right away via WeChat. I got the credit back in a week with very timely follow up from the lobby service manager Andy. I definitely will stay in this hotel next time for my visit of Nanchang.

IIana22Beautiful and spacious hotel. Good staff. There is a bathtub ,a balcony,a spacious and soft bed in the room. The breakfast is so-so(the taste of sausages,even eggs,pastry). there were always problems with the coffee machine and coffee itself was not good. Nearby there is a gym and a swimming pool,but you need ur own swimming hat and a swimming suit if you want to swim there. Spa might be closed so you’d better ask in advance. There js a Chinese restaurant where you can have dinner on the first floor. We liked the fried dumplings there.

The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. The service attitude of all the staff are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank 丝丝，小王 and all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience in your hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in any Mehood hotels! Lastly I would like to thank the front desk staff whom I did not get her name with the mobile number ending 7109, who helped to call for medical assistance in the middle of the night.

GGuest UserThis is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

UUncle Junior OfficialHotel was located quite far from the downtown. There was no deposit needed after booking & prepaying online. We got two rooms & both were very neat. It’s a new hotel actually and i was informed they begun service in August 2023 so everything in the room looked clean & new. Great service from the reception but the only downside was that they kept calling every moment to remind us to checkout before 12pm. It was very disturbing cuz i knew that information already. I spoke to the reception that I’ll be checking out at 6pm and i was given half night bill. By 5pm, they sent someone to my door to receive payment as if i was going to runaway!! This wasn’t pretty at all. Anyway, Facilities… they had a pressing iron & an ironing board for pressing clothes. I totally loved that. Food… i didn’t try their food so no review on that.

After knowing that the children had their birthdays during the stay, the front desk was very careful to prepare a birthday gift and was very satisfied. The surrounding environment is also very good. It is located near Nanchang Bayi Square. The attractions are basically on a line. You can take Metro Line 4 and then turn to Lines 1 and 2. You can basically reach it, saving driving parking and congestion problems. The room is also very satisfied, the room is relatively spacious, the health is satisfactory, the parking is very convenient, all are free parking. There is a self-service laundry room and gym. The lobby is very stylish. There are several areas that are punching in and taking pictures, especially the small fountain pool and huge elephant in the courtyard. The photos are very good. Breakfast is also very satisfactory, covering all kinds of specialties in Nanchang early, the crock soup powder is very good, the beef bone powder is also very good. Very recommended, come to Nanchang in the future preferred to stay!
