It’s a really nice hotel. Very big room and great view. Also the bath tub is very big. The bed is really soft and there’s a selection of pillows with different scents that you can order which is great. There were only two issues. First,The hotel reception staff aren’t very friendly. It felt like being checked in by robots. I kind of expected a better manner from such a good hotel brand. Second, the outdoor pool was closed. It says on the website that the outdoor pool closes if it’s raining. But it didn’t rain. The weather was quite nice. They told us it was closed for technical reasons. I felt a little bit cheated by this as one of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the outdoor pool. No prior notice or message was sent. The indoor pool was open but it was extremely shabby. Felt like a public swimming pool. Overall, I feel like the hotel is tricky and offering a package which they can’t fulfill.

The hotel is located just next to fuqiao station, 浮桥地铁站. The area is also located to many good and affordable food. Hong miao 红庙美食节 is a must visit. Way better than other overrated street food. The hotel service is also very good. Stay at level 7 with a very friendly house keeping lady!

Nice Hotel in perfect location, getting a bit old and rooms need a upgrade to modern design. Check in was not good. Waited a very long time as at main check in time only one staff at the counter. I really enjoyed my stay here, the location is great, very central with easy access to the subway station and nearby western bars/restaurant. The room was very comfortable, the bed massive, slept like a baby every night. And an extra bonus was the bathtub, which I was actually unaware of when I booked the room, so that was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast is good, a decent spread of Chinese/Western breakfast for 68 yuan a day, which is OK for what you get. Hotel staff are great, very patient and willing to help, I think a few of them speak English but I spoke Chinese which they were very patient with. The swimming pool is huge and, when I went, had nobody else, so I had this massive pool to swim in all to myself. There is a 100 yuan charge during the afternoon, though. All in all though, a fantastic hotel, and I will definitely be visiting again! :)
