My husband and I had an amazing stay at Nanjing Central Hotel (Room 576, from 30 July to 1 August). Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the Executive Vice General Manager, Mr. Charles Hao. We didn't know he was the GM until he introduced himself after personally leading us to our room. He was humble, friendly, and lovely to chat with. He even gave us an upgrade and assigned us a newly renovated room at no extra charge. We are so grateful for such warm hospitality. The room was perfect. It was extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was cool, the shower pressure was good, the bed was comfortable, and the smart TV was even bigger than the one we had at home! Best of all, we met sweet Pan Na, the housekeeping manager in charge of our room, who presented us with two cute animal towels. On our departure day, the hotel porter not only helped us with our heavy luggage but also protected my head with his hand as I entered the taxi. Such a gentleman! All in all, the service here is really top-notch, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return the next time we visit Nanjing.

We really enjoyed live there. First we were little surprise that personal hosted manager introduce us every thing which might be interested to us. He is a very warm and kind person. When we asked him about a museum. He used his own break time to get all information we need. We highly recommend this RitzCarlton. The executive lounge is also great，food and view. Services were excellent.

Honestly, a bit surprised that this hotel is literally in the city center with such a nice price. It's close to bus stops and subway stations, just follow the map and you will be fine. Extra tip: kinda close to Nanjing Uni, so def you need to check if you like pretty street. The service was nice in the receptionist, initially had a tiny issue bcs they didnt speak english but they quickly used translation app, and one of them was always smiling while helping me, such a nice gesture. They gave me room exactly like I wanted, it's also clean, no smell of cigarette, the toilet and shower are also separated, so you won't deal with wet floor on and on. I read that many travellers were having issue with the toilet, but for me, no issue at all. The cleaning ladies were also quite meticulous imo while cleaning my room. The food was ok, it's chinese-style so probably not for everyone, the variety was also ok.

Great service provided from the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Cleaner will refill/change the mineral water, towel and tidy up your room nicely. Btw, the breakfast provided is super delicious.

Regardless of the location, this hotel is indeed very small. The bathroom is only one square meter. It is easy to touch the wall when you hold up your hand to wash your hair. There is a 24-inch box and size 42 shoes. The aisle is narrow and 35mm shoes are available. Analyze how much space there is and how hygienic it is. It's okay, not as scary as I said, the occasional sound is normal, not very noisy, be careful not to ask for a room without a window, don't choose it! ! ! The location is good, with a subway transportation hub and 24 exits. It is very convenient to go to Deji. Checked in on 2024-07-13, 503 per room, really expensive! expensive! expensive! No, the location is great. There are breakfast shops nearby, and there are several restaurants around. The environment of Hanting nearby is not as good as this one. Meiboju should be super good. Manting, Jinling Hotel, and Guoshida are all nearby.

The views were amazing especially at night. Thankful that we were able to do our laundry onsite since we’ll be traveling for some time. Love the convenience. It rained the day we checked out but since it’s really close to the metro we didn’t get wet.

The location of the hotel is not difficult to find. It is surrounded by residential buildings and snack restaurants. It feels safe! It is about 10 minutes' walk from the nearest subway station, Daxinggong. It is very convenient to take the subway to various attractions. I booked a single room because I came out alone. The room is small but the facilities are complete. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the shower is super comfortable! The hygiene is also good. The front desk lady is kind and friendly, and the service is thoughtful. The only small regret is that there is no elevator in the building. Girls still need to trouble the staff to help with heavy luggage. Other than that, everything is good. I will stay here again when I come to Nanjing next time!!!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances , I ended up staying at The Golden Eagle Summit hotel. Check-in was smooth. The location is perfect! The hotel’s entrance was at the back, while the front part is a mall with lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Also, the metro station is right there which was so convenient! The room decor is a bit old fashioned, but nevertheless very clean. The breakfast buffet was ok, but needs more variety. The service is great! Great place to stay in the downtown area!

The first time I stayed at an e-sports hotel, it was a different experience from ordinary ones. The technology was full. The robot sent things. The clerk was also very enthusiastic.
