My child and I came to Nanjing for a trip. Because the itinerary was uncertain? So I didn't book a room in advance, and I underestimated the passenger flow during the National Day. I arrived in Nanjing in the early morning, and the whole Nanjing was full, which was unexpected. I called many hotels, but none of them could solve it. I even mentioned that I could let the child lie on the sofa all night, but no other hotel could solve it. Only Atour's answer was that you don't need to lie on the sofa, we will solve it for you (I later found out that the young man who received us was called Gu Xin). So we rushed to Atour decisively. When we arrived at the hotel, the waiter Gu Xin prepared warm items for us, and moved out two double sofas. He even prepared earplugs and eye masks for fear that we would not rest well, so he let us rest in the early morning, and let us check in immediately as long as there was a room the next day. At about seven in the morning, Gu Xin told us that some rooms had been checked out and cleaned, and we could check in. He said he was going to get off work and would hand us over to other colleagues, and also brought us hot water. After a while, the new guy (should be called Beihai) asked us carefully if we had rested well, and gave us children's back pain patches, fearing that we would not rest well and have back pain. How could we not be moved? To have such a big picture of employees, Atour must have a very good overall training mechanism and corporate culture. They also upgraded us for free, the room was very clean and tidy, and the location was particularly advantageous. It was located in the city center and was very convenient to go everywhere. There was also a girl named Huiyin, who was very polite in reception, very patient in asking guests if they had any suggestions for correction, and took the initiative to help us carry things. Location is excellent. It is just next to a street full of eateries. A few shopping mall also less than 100m away. When I was checking in, the person in charge even provide me a bottle of warm water. It's winter time and this move touched me. The room is very clean and everything needed are provided. There is even a 60” TV.

Pretty much incredible hotel and service, allowed early check and then upgraded, super quick check in. Room was huge, panoramic views of the city, really nice and clean with great amenities. Decent gym and really cool pool again with a great view. Will stay here again for sure

The first time I stayed at an e-sports hotel, it was a different experience from ordinary ones. The technology was full. The robot sent things. The clerk was also very enthusiastic. I booked for 5 nights. When I checked in, they gave me a room that looked completely different from the images. It was very dark and small. Also, the carpet was dirty and had hair on it. After two nights, I checked my booking again and noticed the huge difference. I went to the reception and showed them the photos. They then changed the room. I find it extremely inappropriate to give me this TERRIBLE room when I book for 5 (!) nights. They seriously gave me the worst room of the entire hotel and didn’t care at all. Check the photos and judge by yourself! Positive things: the location is great, directly in the city center.

Good location to visit main landmarks in Nanjing. The hotel staff was very friendly. We arrived a bit early and they had no issue giving us the room. Even got an upgrade. The room was clean and quiet. Would recommend for stays if visiting Nanjing.

After booking, I asked about the specific location of the hotel and it turned out to be right in the Confucius Temple. Everyone knows that when coming to Nanjing One of the must-visit attractions must be the Confucius Temple. When I called, I contacted Manager Xue. He patiently explained to me the route from the airport to the hotel. He also added a corporate WeChat account and sent me a lot of delicious food nearby. Yes, very good! I was very satisfied after I arrived. The hotel was newly renovated and I was worried that it would taste too much but tasteless. I originally wanted to go to Confucius Temple for breakfast. They said that the hotel has a buffet breakfast. It is indeed a high-end hotel with so many types of breakfast ”everything is available”. There is a special duck blood vermicelli soup. My children also like the hotel's breakfast very much. When traveling with children, I was afraid that the hotel would not have a laundry room or dryer. It turns out that this hotel has them. I am so satisfied that the children's clothes are washed in about 2 hours a day. After drying, the child kept praising the hotel and had a great time playing on the treadmill. Staying in a hotel like this is very comfortable and relaxing. I won’t change hotels next time I come to Nanjing. I’ll stick with this one. If my friends think I’m exaggerating, come and stay here for one night. The service facilities are excellent! satisfy!

This whole season is newly opened in July this year, very, very new, within 15 minutes walk from the North Square of the South High-speed Railway Station. There are four washing machines and dryers in the laundry area. I really don’t have to queue up to wash my clothes. There are also children’s hangers and children’s laundry detergent next to it. The fitness equipment is also very new, and there is a TV to watch! Waiting for clothes will not be boring at the same time. There is a late-night porridge from 9 to 11 pm. There are a lot of side dishes. Sitting in the restaurant by the window, drinking a bowl of hot porridge and enjoying the traffic at the South Station outside the window, this moment is relaxing. The breakfast in the morning is also very rich! Mainly clean, fresh, and timely supply. Soy milk is said to be freshly ground. When checking out, the front desk will also enthusiastically give two small bottles of water for guests to carry. In short, the details are really good. I lived in Atour for the first time and really left a good impression on me. Finally, let's talk about the only bad thing! It's because the hotel is too new! The smell of furniture in the room is still quite obvious. It is still a little mindful to bring children to live, so I open the window at night to sleep with the air conditioner. Even if the room is equipped with an air purifier, it feels not great.
