Great Holiday Inn experience. Good value for money, very central and conveniently located next to malls, tourist areas and amazing eateries. From arrival, the staff are genuinely kind and courteous. A shout out to Alan for checking us in quickly, even though it is a timely process for foreigners. He also upgraded our stay, which was a pleasant surprise! 😁 As for the property, and amenities, it is standard Holiday Inn vibes, though a bit dated and in need of a modern facelift. I would definitely recommend this holiday to friends and travelers to Nanjing.

Service, warm and natural The room is spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the port Breakfast, rich and delicious Lack of quality, the toothbrush provided instantly lowered the taste, and the toilet flushed unpleasantly During the Spring Festival, the urban area is crowded and expensive, but it is quiet here. It is near the Second Yangtze River Bridge and a 15-minute drive from the nearest shopping mall.

The location is very near just 2 mins away from railway station but worse was room size and amenities. Being a 5 star hotel you ought to believe the staff would know how to converse in english but very limited knowledge of enligh. Secondly the rooms were small and air conditioning was not working. For 2 days straight i had to call the technician to fix the issue. Since it was raining so temperature was little ok otherwise in warm condition i woukd have suffered. Overall they have much scope for improvement.

The transportation is convenient, just after subway line 3 comes out. The environment is beautiful, facing the lake, and the hotel looks at the fountain by the lake at night, and the scenery is pleasant. The service is superb, because bringing a child to give away toys and small schoolbags, because filling in the information makes the hotel a bit of time, the lobby manager Kenneth also presented two free drinks, the breakfast is also very rich, it is recommended!

The front desk was very welcoming and upgraded for free. The suite room is large and very clean. Next to it is business and food. The front desk is very efficient and has prepared bills and invoices early to ensure a smooth check-out. Breakfast includes Nanjing specialty old duck vermicelli soup. The hotel is not far from Niushou Mountain, so I checked in after get off work. The transportation is very convenient, just at the highway entrance.
