Possibly the most beautiful hotel I was in, I loved the interior style, and the service was amazing.

Excellent service and do keep it up. Breakfast has a wide spread of options. The lounge offer complimentary drinks and cookies, cakes (5.30-7.30pm) for the room booked. Nice👍

Had an amazing time at Andaz. The hotel had a nice ambience and atmosphere right when you get in the lobby, then the upper lobby is filled with nice places, like the restaurant, the bar, and the outside, which is better during the day. The staff was friendly, easygoing and we had no problems checking in or checking out late. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Nanjing.

World-class! Not much else needs to be said about Andaz. It’s a premium hotel with a premium service and it won’t disappoint. The breakfast is one of the best out there on offer. This hotel won’t disappoint and a great option for those looking at the higher end.

The service, products and hardware of Andaz are uneven. I don't really care about the flaw that non-suites don't have bathtubs, but since it's an Andaz brand, the interior design can be so cramped. It's a bit ridiculous that I think the bathroom area is too small to turn around when I live alone. Is this a cage for canaries? The small space and the large amount of veneer wood panels and cheap glass frames used in the bathroom area match the atmosphere of a street hourly fashion hotel. I can experience this attribute more after sleeping at night: I can hear the sound of the door opening and closing and the room card swiping next door clearly. I don't know how the sound insulation is done. The service is even more interesting. Some colleagues are very service-minded (such as Dylan or Manager Hu on duty), but what is more speechless is the attitude of other team members who do not solve the problem at all and only make excuses, as well as the disgusting cleaning state of the cups in the guest room (full of hair dander. The only explanation I can think of is that the cleaning lady only rinses the cups in the room and then wipes them dry with a towel when cleaning, otherwise where is the hair dander). After checking in, I immediately contacted the housekeeping department to replace the cups, but I found the same situation when I opened the teapot at night. The duty manager on the night of June 26 did not ask clearly, and finally sent an electric kettle to replace the ceramic teapot with problems, which was ridiculous. Well, it is not convenient to make tea in the room, so I thought I would just go downstairs to the lounge that the hotel touts as a "lounge courtesy". The types of tea bags placed in the name of the lounge are even fewer than those in the room. When I asked the duty manager, he would only say, "We only have these, and they are also transferred from the room." Haha, what kind of lounge is this? What kind of courtesy is this? Does the management have a misunderstanding of what a "lounge" in a hotel is? The lounge only provides stale-looking cookies and a coffee machine, which is more like a "convenient tea room". Such a cheap concept substitution is really cheap. Thanks to the excellent Andaz Nanjing, which directly reduced my previous impression of Andaz in other cities to zero. P. S. When I woke up in the morning, I used the makeup mirror to find that it was still dirty after the previous guest. I can't remember the last time I encountered such a situation in any hotel. When I came to breakfast, there were still empty tables. I told the guests that there was no seat and they had to wait. After walking around and being told that there were empty tables, I was led to the seat. The next night, I returned to the room and found that the cups with hair crumbs that I had notified before were still lying in the drawer in their original appearance, waiting for the next guest to check in. And the cups that I had sent alone were placed on the tea table after use, but no one cleaned them up for a whole day? I have never seen such a level in any hotel, no matter the level. Andaz Nanjing opened my eyes. Second update: The duty manager on the night of 6/26 did not solve the problem, but the duty manager Hu on the night of 6/27 was very efficient in communicating and apologizing with the housekeeping department supervisor. The communication was effective and I have to give a thumbs up to Manager Hu. But something worse happened: the hotel used an iron that cost an unknown amount of money and burned two cracks in my pants. I had used the iron for so many years but didn't know that the iron had this function. When I opened it, I saw that it was not ordinary brands such as Philips and Panasonic, but a low-quality product produced by a brand-name hotel equipment factory? I was very impressed. On one hand, I was wearing a Dyson with Andaz logo, and on the other hand, I was using a brand-name iron from who knows where. It was beautiful on the outside, but rotten on the inside. It was a hotel with Andaz logo but worse than Home Inn. It was disgusting.
