Excellent service and do keep it up. Breakfast has a wide spread of options. The lounge offer complimentary drinks and cookies, cakes (5.30-7.30pm) for the room booked. Nice👍

Had an amazing time at Andaz. The hotel had a nice ambience and atmosphere right when you get in the lobby, then the upper lobby is filled with nice places, like the restaurant, the bar, and the outside, which is better during the day. The staff was friendly, easygoing and we had no problems checking in or checking out late. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Nanjing.

World-class! Not much else needs to be said about Andaz. It’s a premium hotel with a premium service and it won’t disappoint. The breakfast is one of the best out there on offer. This hotel won’t disappoint and a great option for those looking at the higher end.

The service, products and hardware of Andaz are uneven. I don't really care about the flaw that non-suites don't have bathtubs, but since it's an Andaz brand, the interior design can be so cramped.
