酒店入住特別滿意而且酒店前台主管的服務態度非常得好，在辦理入住的時候前台看到是我的生日之後還特意給我準備了生日蛋糕，蛋糕味道也非常的不錯有被工作人員的熱情服務和細心體貼感動到，退房的時候還給我們送了蘭州特產三炮台，是住過很多酒店感覺服務態度最好的一家酒店，司機師傅還很貼心的送我們去西站，非常感謝全體人員的關心。

房間空間比想象的要大一些，設施都算新，入住還送了雙份早餐，但唯一不足的就是酒店外牆在裝修，早上七點多就會有點噪音
