前台服務挺好的衞生不怎麼樣吧浴室下面一條槓的地方有煙灰因為我也是做酒店行業的床單很明顯就是沒換過的洗手枱和床上還有不明捲毛服了而且門也反鎖不起來便宜也不能這樣讓我睡別人睡過的床單吧#衞生

總而言之非常差！因為臨時有事不能去入住，給商家打了電話，喊我走平台申請取消（因為確實剛過了酒店退款規則半小時，但我有給商家説，看能不能協商退費）商家態度很硬的喊我去平台申請取消；我這邊申請後商家直接拒絕退款！就無語了。。。我也沒説一定要商家退全款，衹是希望能有個稍微好一點的處理方式。

我很不開心，這**平台我在南京南站定酒店，給我推薦那麼遠那麼偏的地方關鍵是我想退了，還不讓付錢還不能退房，而且那麼偏也不允許那個取消訂單
