1.停車難。整個小區的道路都非常狹窄，不能掉頭，開錯了衹能不停地倒倒倒，第一天去停車用了三十分鐘！走的時候又是碰到兩條路都在維修，又繞了大半天。2.位置不準確。導航到系統上的位置，根本不是！碰到外賣小哥幫我們看他們送外賣的系統，竟然也不對。。3.吵。樓梯就在我們住的房間上方，隔音差，其他客人上下樓的聲音特別大，一整晚都沒睡好。早上很早的時候就有客人在外面一直説話，很早就被吵醒，當然住這種類型的民宿這是通病。4.味道大。房間裏有新裝修的味道，用了香氛也蓋不住，待在裏面很難受。另外還有衞生間的臭味，估計是排水的問題。5.設施差。淋浴花灑水很小，沒法好好洗澡，衹能隨便應付一下。
