酒店入住體驗很好，辦入住的小姐姐盧玉瑩服務超級好，特別温柔。大堂的服務員覃珍蘭，很貼心的詢問我們需求～酒店的大堂裝修的很nice，木質風格。我們入住的房間也很不錯，也是木質風格，拍照也很好看！房間裏有木頭的味道，然後反映後個子很高的前台小姐姐很貼心的給我們送了空氣凈化器！不會關窗户，小哥艾愷快速解決問題！
第一次來南京入住體驗很好，感謝你們每一位貼心的服務，下次見。

設施：設施還可以，所有東西都有，吹風機是個盜版戴森挺無語的。
衞生：今天退房沒10分鐘忘了一袋水果在酒店馬上回去拿説是已經扔了。特別無語，沒見過客人東西直接扔的，一個根本沒動包裝很精美的水蜜桃和半個西瓜這麼明顯的東西能直接扔了我也是沒見過。
服務：忘帶的水果剛退房被直接扔了就無語
