酒店前台的一個女服務員，服務態度很差，自己業務不熟悉，出現差錯了還不認錯，強詞奪理，讓住店的客人感覺酒店服務很差。我們咋天晚上住店，曾經問過前台的男服務員，第二天何時要求辦理退房？他告知我們第二天下午14：00前退房就可以。但今天當我們13：15分回到酒店準備收拾東西辦理退房時，我們發現門卡已經不能用了，我們電話聯繫酒店前台，當時一個女的服務員吿訴我們已經超過中午12點了。我們跟她解釋説昨天晚上我們問過前台的服務人員，告知我們可以在今天14點前退房，但她態度非常差，還強詞奪理，一句道歉的話也沒有，因為當時樓層的清潔人員正在隔壁房間打掃房間，我們跟女服務員説，能不能讓清潔人員給我們開下門，我們收拾完東西就辦理退房，她説：你們下樓來，到前台刷卡吧。我們都是老年人，已經走的很累了，老伴腿也不好。我們都走不動了。我們説可不可以讓清潔工去替我們下樓刷卡，然後，清潔工與前台女服務員聯繫後，就直接把房間門給打開了。既然清潔工可以開門，為什麼還要讓我們下樓去前台刷卡呢？我們收拾完東西就去酒店前台辦理退房。正好碰到酒店的經理也在場，我問男經理，你們酒店要求幾店退房？經理告訴我們14：00前退房就可以了。當時女服務員就在旁邊，她聽到了，也不道歉，還強詞奪理。雖然事情不大，但給我們的心裏感覺很不舒服。酒店服務員怎麼能與酒店經理解釋的不一樣呢？希望酒店能加強員工的培訓。
