The view was excellent. Service was perfect compared to Westin hotel in the same city! The only complaint is the aged hardwares and equipments in the room. Glad that the hotel offers a modern and Dyson-grade hair dryer which can dry up hair in an instant

The hotel is walk distance from the subway station, you can also enjoy the lake view from your room. The staff in the front desk is very welcoming, and the overall service is also gorgeous. The check-in process did take much longer though as they have to verify all types of IDs you have.

Great location, near metro station, very clean , but breakfast just soso , not too many kind of foods in morning for foreigner

Service was excellent. Room service noticed we had finished all of the water bottles in the room so they provided us with double the amount (6 bottles) the following day. The gym was also great - machines, benches, dumbbells, olympic barbells, kettlebells, treadmills etc.

The hotel is very clean and well equipped. The room as comfortable, the bed is large. Breakfast is delicious with a wide range of food. I will definitely stay again at Shangri-La hotel for my next trip in Nanjing !

This is the poorest ShangriLa hotel we have stayed so far. The rooms are smelly, amenities are poor and limited. This is not the ShangriLa common standard.

Everything is so perfect, walking distance to the park, hiking places and subway. Everyone is friendly, lots of choices for the breakfast. Will definitely come back again!

Close to subway station, good restaurants in the building, big size room and warm service

The hotel was amazing, we’ve had a great time at the hotel. The food was yummy and the environment was great as well. I would like to show my thanks to Ms. 张禾欣 as she has a wonderful smile and was also very nice to my kids! We had a great stay and will prioritize staying in Shangri-La for the future. Thanks!!

Lovely international hotel but location away from main attractions.

Really convenient location, clean and spacious room. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. One very minor observation about breakfast service, that the staff would ask some people about drinks and bring coffee but not others. I had breakfast for three consecutive days but not once been asked about if I’d like some drink… the staff passed me several times… Not a great feeling.
