每次南京之行首選，多次入住，酒店的服務真的很好，每個細節都照顧的非常周到，讓人感覺像在家一樣舒適自在。餐廳的美食多樣可選，每一道菜餚都非常新鮮健康，精緻好味。Alice在給我們辦理入住時還特地給我們上了甜甜的冬瓜茶，好好喝～管家小徐真的好厲害哦，我們點的外賣送錯地方了，小徐特地冒着大雨出去幫我們把外賣找回來，真的好感動。以後一定會常來～

房間很寬敞舒適，分區也很合理，環境很好，大堂無論從哪個角度看出去都是美景。整體服務非常好，尤其Lucy一對一管家服務，用心體貼，當天是紀念日，感謝Lucy提前安排佈置了房間並且贈送了水果和紅酒，期間有求必應有問必答，我到家了還來問候，很暖心。提個建議：客房落地玻璃雖然保證了房間的景觀，但是不可避免的也會帶來温度的升高，房間涼爽度不是很好，空調需要再給點力。

結束了一個月的江浙滬之旅，涵碧樓酒店算是印象比較深刻的一家，對比蘇杭的江南園林景緻，這裏的江景更加特別，也要感謝riley對我的服務，從介紹酒店、入住退房都很貼心。非常喜歡的一家酒店，非常棒！
