優點：旁邊就是莫愁湖公園，離老城區夫子廟秦淮河景區不遠，2.4公里，汽車也就是15分鐘。最大的優點就是樓下有一個小院停車場，能停十多輛車，對於開車的朋友還是很方便的。
缺點：可能因為在老城區吧，酒店整體硬件設施有點陳舊，房間有點潮濕，能聞到一股發黴的味道。房間電話老舊，按服務枱什麼的按鍵也沒有反應。入住的時候服務枱加的有微信，在微信聯繫服務枱也沒有人接聽（但是有事找一樓服務枱工作人員，她們服務態度還是很好的）。

酒店位置很好，周邊去哪裡都方便，就在莫愁湖公園旁邊，距離大屠殺紀念館也就兩公里，騎車就到。房內比較乾淨。但是房間太小了，沒有他們自己標榜的20平米，感覺兩個人住都會侷促的那種，隔音也不太好，隔壁客人説話大一點聲都會聽得清楚。反正跟以前住過的星程酒店品牌比起來，這家不是讓我很滿意。

酒店設施較新，與網上的發佈訊息相符，衞生狀況良好，酒店周邊南京小吃很多，推薦陸家鴨子、小金陵老鴨粉絲湯、張府園大碗麪，價格實惠，味道純真。雖然離地鐵站較遠，但是網約車多，如果是3~4人出行，比公交車便宜。前台服務熱情周到，進店就能喝到咖啡、酸梅湯、檸檬水，真的很棒。
