早聽聞湯山温泉很好，這次帶家人過來體驗，果然沒有讓我失望，一進大廳就看到了zf頒發的水源認證，泡一會兒就大汗淋漓，排濕效果非常好。家人都很喜歡。早餐也很豐富，下次叫上朋友一起來...

訂的帶温泉的房間。温泉很好，前台服務也很好。就是設施有點陳舊。靠近一號泉眼，可以去免費體驗一下。周邊環境也很好。

勸退！非常失望，訂的家庭房，房間很小衣櫥都沒有，廁所也比較小而且進廁所就一股臭味！隔音差樓上聲音明顯尤其私湯放水的聲音太大了！門上的貓眼是用紙巾堵住的😓最離譜的事隔天早上隔壁的人亂敲門？？？開始也沒在意以為別人敲錯門了！😠後來發現早餐券定了兩天衹給了一天去問前台，前台系統兩次都查錯房號才反應過來這房間應該是別人換過了，別人是兩間一起訂的後面大概換了早上找同伴敲錯門了！就很無語🙄憑什麼和我們換系統還不改好😡離大譜！
早餐很一般菜品很少但是早餐的服務人員是這次酒店唯一的亮點，服務熱情態度友好👍
如果是來泡湯真心不推薦這裏！！！

酒店比想象中的小了 房間設施也老舊了 好在温泉的地方人少比較幽靜 泡池也不多 但是水是很乾凈舒服的 服務態度也是不錯的
