剛進門，接待的服務人員態度特別好，停車場可隨意停車，不收費。這一點在市中心還是非常棒的，進店是客房給我送來了水果，這次前台給我升級到新房間，聽説是剛剛裝修的房間，真的不錯，空間很大，下次還會來住

代家裡親戚預訂的，考慮離家近選擇了此家，沒想到踩個大坑！第一次遇到不給客人加個枕頭的酒店，直接拒絕説沒有枕頭，簡直聞所未聞！服務人員起碼的服務意識都沒有！這樣的服務員指望她可以打掃好房間？那個衞生可以想象！以後絕對不會再考慮此家，建議大家也慎選！

第一次入住這家酒店，前台工作人員服務熱情周到，工作人員服務意識強，熱情好客，主動打招呼，有求必應，房間衞生也非常的乾淨，床品也很舒適，下次來還選五D枕酒店

！！！真的！第一次住，沒想到各方面都好好！人員服務到位，態度也好和善而且也滿足的我每一個需求，就像前台的小劉、小李、辰辰、麗麗他們真的好熱情，雖然衹住了一天但到店時和退房時他們真的服務很到位。價格方面也蠻有性價比的誒！床墊好舒服軟軟的，白天房間也亮亮的！這跟我夢想中的房間一摸一樣。雖然有一個小小的缺點是早上裝修聲吵，味道不咋好聞，設施有點年限了，其他真的沒有一點問題了。下次還會再來的！！！
