房間有很大的蒼蠅，驅蚊液根本沒用，進去之後要等半個小時才有熱水可以洗澡，洗完澡出來發現空調漏水，打電話給前台，結果是保安接的，被告知沒辦法，衹能這樣，問能不能來房間看一下，説不知道房間在哪，很明確的説了房間號，秉着體諒人家的想法，沒有繼續説什麼，到後來發現水順着電罰往下流，覺得很不安全，又打了電話，説幫我聯繫，三分鐘不到告訴我聯繫不上，沒辦法，衹能這樣，床單衞生見圖一，前台，客房，都沒有人很不能理解，衹有一個保安值班，對於這種衞生和房間環境我真的無話可説。希望大家入住之前都能看到我發的

周邊環境尚可，其他期望值都大打折扣。
院子是無人打理的，可能為營造出荒郊野外的感覺。
房間較小，因為被亂亂的院子佔據了大部分空間，內部設施仁者見仁。
服務如其他人評論者一致，挺差的。
居於這麼好的地理位置，可以看出剛開始是用心做的民宿，可惜了，不會再來！
隔壁咖啡廳很有特色，環境，咖啡，小姐姐們服務也很好，網上口碑也很好。

位置很好，環境優美，在鐘山景區裏，挨着明孝陵，吃飯不方便，可以叫外賣，整體都還可以，下次還會考慮住這裏。

除了抽水馬桶有點問題。別的不錯。下次帶孩子出遊會考慮住這裏。坐在小院子裏看電影，特別愜意。有點蚊蟲，服務員立馬給拿來蚊香，問題解決了。特別好的感受。

非常美和舒服的民宿
衞生方面要注意加強
空調開了會有黑色渣渣飛出來
床頭和電視劇遙控和電吹風有白色灰塵
早上阿姨們來拍照特別吵
老闆可以稍微勸誡一下
但還是一個很美很舒適的民宿
