園內環境很好適合度假，服務態度欠佳，園區很大卻沒有園內接送車。

設施上面畢竟已經開了這麼多年了，需要重新更新了，特別是電視太古老了，聲音默認特別大，每換台都要重新調整音量。洗手間水壓低，花灑基本快斷了，沒法正常洗澡，天不熱就算了沒洗。其他就不一一説了很多存在安全隱患。早餐水準一如既往的差，除了奶粉沖的熱牛奶外水都沒有，煮麪連個澆頭都沒有，衹能拌豆瓣醬幹吃。公共設施大多年久失修，小童遊樂設備嚴重安全隱患。以上希望酒店能採納意見，周邊越來越多度假酒店興起，不要自己先把自己淘汰了。

入住體驗不佳，親子房衞生間衹有浴缸，花灑還是壞的，借其它空房間洗澡，這麼差的5鑽酒店第一次遇到，不推薦。未拍照取證，僅供參考
