小吳管家在出行前就聯繫告知了酒店相關接待時間，定位，及出行事項，第一天住了7號會議樓，勝在安靜，第二天升級了房型，親子房型，雙床也貼心安排了床圍入住期間刷了温泉，動物園，很滿意，獅子星遊樂園的時間錯過了，沒有刷到。房間地板灰塵較多，被子換季應該考慮換用薄羽絨被。

之前團購的豪華親子房，五一貼了300塊差價，性價比還是很高的，送了温泉票和野生動物園票。出行前管家小吳提前電話加了微信，發送了景區地址，注意事項和度假區時間安排表，非常細心周到，住宿體驗值拉滿。環境非常好，空氣也很清新，温泉入口和動物園西入口就在酒店旁邊，非常方便，下次還來。

為了避開五一節的人人人，特意選擇了4月30日出行，不巧是一個雨天，冒雨出行，原本一路上心情有點鬱悶的，到達紫清湖度假區後，發現這裏的工作人員，從沿途的保安到停車場的引導員，從前台服務人員到客房的服務人員，都很友善、熱情，讓我的入住非常順利。尤其是住店管家吳美玉的貼心服務，感動到我了，讓我原本憂鬱的心情一掃而光。小吳提前一天就和我聯繫，温馨提示我出行要注意的事項，和到達紫清湖後的一些細節事宜，紫清湖度假區的活動安排及推薦遊玩方案，都詳細告知了，在入住到離店的這段時間，小吳管家總會及時和我保持溝通，及時解決了我度假過程中的一些問題和疑惑。由於有小吳管家的貼心、耐心、熱情的服務伴隨，讓我初次的紫清湖之旅感受到了賓至如歸的感覺，度假體驗感非常棒。
紫清湖度假區景色宜人，山水相映，空氣清新醇美，温泉依山散佈，不同的湯池不同的體驗。這裏提個建議:泡温泉的浴巾，有點薄，有點小，在這氣温不高的晚上，還是有點冷的，從親親魚池出來，差點沒把我凍死。
野生動物園，不僅是孩子們歡樂的天堂，也是大人親近自然，瞭解大自然的絕佳場所。國際大馬戲表演值得一看。
有件小事值得一提，我早晨早起在度假區內慢跑，路上遇見好幾次紫清湖度假區的工作人員，都會主動向我問好，頓時心裏感覺温暖了許多，説明這裏的服務人員水準還是挺高的。
總之，這次的度假旅遊體驗非常愉快，給吳美玉管家點贊，給這裏的其他服務人員點贊，紫清湖度假區值得再來。
