😎😎非常滿意的一次住宿體驗！環境、服務自是沒得説，房間很高，沒有那種壓迫感，前台還主動幫升了房，窗外美景如畫。這次是帶母親來的南京，在紫金山莊裡早晚散步是最好不過了，綠樹成蔭、波心蕩漾，真正是天然大氧吧！哈哈！還讓長者家體驗了一下高爾夫球。早餐也夠豐盛，品種較多。雖然樓之間距離不短，但每天都有電車小哥在樓下等你，隨喊隨到，真的很貼心哦！😂😂😂👍👍

非常棒的五一之旅，整體都很滿意，酒店環境很好，服務態度很好，尤其感謝賓客關係部高高，酒店餐廳周領班、趙主管，全程幫助解決各種問題和困難，服務很人性化，我覺得如果下次來南京，我還會選擇這裏。

酒店的餐飲部門有很大問題，住店客人去鐘山樓餐廳用餐需要預約，那入住的時候你們為啥不明確告知呢？再説哪個五星級賓館去餐廳零點需要預約，這麼多年我是頭一次聽説。兩位長者，一位87歲，一位82歲，到了餐廳以沒有預約為由不給安排桌子，那跟你們訂房間的套房的時候咋不説不能安排呢？給你們付款時，你們咋不説要預約呢？他倆比你們的爺爺奶奶都大，今後怎麼敢放心把長者再交給你們酒店照顧？點了四個菜，兩個都特別鹹，估計是新手廚師來試工的，試工可以，但能不能別拿客人試？早餐一天在鐘山樓，一天在紫金山樓，也不提前通知，害的長者到處找餐廳。服務員的面貌也很渙散、低迷，沒精打采的，感覺基本沒有培訓，你問他“您好”，她回答 “嗯”...，謝謝你們，讓我找到了上個世紀80年代國營招待所的回憶。鐘山樓大廳的女經理坐在那裡，頭不抬眼不睜的笑嘻嘻看私人微信，不知道工作時間不能看私人手機嗎？有那個時間好好的接待客人好不好？這個酒店可真是五星級的價格，兩星級的服務呀，恭喜您，7星酒店！
咱們客觀的評價，也有亮點，開中轉車的司機夏師傅特別出色，無論是開車，提行李，文明用語都做的特別好，是這裏唯一讓我們眼前一亮，心存温暖的亮點，衷心感謝夏師傅！
總之，這家酒店不配五星級標準，我們會進一步向南京旅遊局投訴，我們評價該酒店掛三顆星比較合適。

第一次入住紫金山莊酒店，房間非常舒適，也非常合適親子帶娃去住，酒店的服務也非常棒第一時間建立管家羣。賓客關係部高高的服務很細緻周到，為她點贊，不僅入住時還給了個地圖耐心介紹小朋友遊玩的地方，下次節假日還會再來。
