幫客户訂的商務出行酒店。因為加床的問題，callie 小姐姐及時幫我的客户更換了更加符合客户需求的房間，並且就付款問題和我及時溝通，挽回了因為我的疏忽造成需要客户付款房費的尷尬局面。。。因為我不在現場，Callie 及時電話和我溝通並且有效回覆，非常感動！我個人出行沒有住過凱賓斯基的酒店，因為這樣的完美服務，我覺得下次出遊，任何城市的凱賓斯基都是我的首選。給這個小姐姐👍👍

前台接待還行，送了冰箱貼滿貼心的，但是！給的我們是角房，説角房風景好我信了。進房間整體佈局很奇怪。這些其實都可以避而不談，搞笑的是前台説風景好，等到晚上吃外賣的時候拉開窗簾，整個玻璃是綠色的看外面會非常非常暈。最值得一提的是洗手間，雖然淋浴和馬桶是分開的，但是淋浴的空間非常小，頭頂的花灑出水也很噁心，一個人洗完之後，浴室的下水道就堵了，水都溢出來…但是當天太晚了，我們也懶得讓人上來弄了。因為我的頸椎不太好，所以住酒店都會要一個乳膠枕，住過那麼多酒店，這家酒店乳膠枕是最差勁的，非常非常硬，還不如軟的枕頭舒服，第二天早上起來整個脖子都是痛的。晚上睡覺也睡不安穩，房間很熱空調打了也不太管用。之前去杭州旅遊住的都是凱賓斯基，所以這次來南京也是認準了這個牌子才來住的，結果跟杭州的根本沒法比差的不是一星半點！第二天換到了G酒店，差不多的價格G酒店住起來整體感覺好了不是一星半點！

五一期間入住的，沒有漲價很厲害，入住還給升級了房型。酒店裝修很新，大堂的紅衣女郎很貼心，低血糖想吃個麪包馬上就給幫忙了。位置不算非常遠打車都蠻方便的，性價比很高的一個酒店。

Everything was average. But while check in I didn’t get the souvenirs package. The location of the hotel was not the most convenient. A bit away from everything.

酒店因為是2019年開業，整體還是很新的，尤其服務態度給人感覺非常好，房間內空間感不錯，佈局也很合理，非常推薦商旅來入住，下次也還是會再選擇凱賓斯基的。
