房間比較乾淨，環境優美，尤其早晨起床，站在窗前，感受微風拂面，聽着外面夏日蟲鳴鳥叫，很愜意，遠離了城市的喧囂，迴歸大自然的擁抱；
設施略有損壞，比如下水塞；
服務態度還不錯；
這次去，泳池水涼了些，就沒讓小孩下水，在温泉池裡撒歡，還去了懸崖温泉，沐浴陽光下微風中，有小時候夏天去河裡游泳的感覺，我跟小孩玩的很開心。

酒店設施配套齊全，環境優美，休閑度假遛娃好去處。離龍之谷很近，有班車接送。早餐豐富，酒店餐廳菜品很有特色 。
尤其前台服務小妹，耐心解答我諮詢提的所有問題和要求。我們兩家大人和孩子都十分滿意，一次非常開心休閑旅程。

我真的要給這家酒店超級無敵大差評，這也是我第一次給酒店差評
首先説這個酒店是有幫忙拿行李呀的服務的，結果我們來到之後，我帶着孩子背了一個包，又拎了一個大包，門口還不給停車，説要停到停車場去。算了，都聽你們的，我就盯着大包小包，自己到大廳，停到很遠的地方，當然走路八分鐘左右。進入大廳之後排隊，因為是節假日，排隊就排隊吧，也無所謂了。1400多一晚，孩子早餐還要收費五十八三個人吃的都不夠58元，早餐全都是涼的，熱飯也幾乎變涼了，大概是空調開的太低了，水果都是那種從冰箱裏剛拿出來的，奇涼無比。就算夏天，我也無所謂了，就這樣吧。整個房間裏床頭沒有垃圾桶，沙發旁邊也沒有，找了半天在一個小櫃子的下方，這也都算了。孩子想要去游泳，因為酒店自帶游泳池，結果到了地方跟我們説游泳池是要收費的，因為游泳池跟温泉是連着的，你要游泳就要掏温泉票。那你幹嘛要寫酒店自帶泳池呢？乾脆寫自帶掏錢式温泉泳池。總之，從入住到住宿到走都是差評，大部分的酒店都是下午兩點之前退房，這裏要求12點退房，這也算了。總之，總之，所有的所有，如果衹是三百五百七百八百的住宿，就算了，1400多的住宿，就這水平！！
