1.先説優點吧，風景很美，作為一個建成10年的度假區，草坪、綠植維護的都很好。
2.服務水平差，唯一的好評一給前台，原預訂的房間浴室窗簾破損，主動表示幫我們換房；另一給餐廳的工作人員，服務水平很好，及時熱情。
其他的人員素質不行，一個是接駁車司機，酒店的接駁車是公交車嗎，是有固定的停車站台？我們站在距離司機説的客户服務中心20米都不到的年卡服務中心，向他招手毫無反應，我們上車後還指責我們，煽動其他乘客説我們這麼多人為什麼不等下一班。
另一個是高爾夫體驗中心的女工作人員，當時我們已經退房，朋友比我們先到體驗館，前台忘記在體驗卡上寫截止日期，她立馬説讓客人去酒店前台補日期，朋友當時就説了，你們內部的錯誤為什麼要顧客承擔，明明你們內部溝通就行了，她才不情願的打電話和前台確認。我們到達後，給了她我們的體驗卡，我們也就就近使用了球枱的中心位置。她就一直在旁邊看着，看就看了，不知道是擺什麼臉色，如果我們影響了你們內部的客户，那在開始可以和我們溝通去裡邊的位置，把中心的位置留給高爾夫中心的自有客户，而不是在旁擺出鄙夷的神色，也不知道這莫名其妙的優越感哪裡來？是好不容易背井離鄉在省會落地給你帶來的優越感？
總結一句話，這樣低質的服務水平和人員素質配不上這麼好的美景！
