這家房東要求每天用電30度，用空調取暖是要付費的。我2月8日入住，18日離店，正趕上南京降雪降温，1-10度，不用空調取暖怎麼辦？三個卧室，有一個是用露天陽台接的，從空調管子根能看見外面，冬天能不冷嗎？選擇三個卧室的小夥伴們，要慎重！另外攜程上要求線下付按金200元，房主要了500元，我以為設施好，多留點，沒想到是個坑，交空調正常取暖電費。我真是服了！

老闆非常非常好，很善良是個很不錯的房東，房間特別的寬敞，打掃的很乾凈，住的很舒服，附近吃的很多，買東西也非常方便，小區環境優美，物業管理的很不錯。適合長住。隨便拍了幾張圖片。
