服務：服務員死氣沉沉沒有笑臉，早餐廳請服務員打一杯咖啡，服務員拒絕，讓自己去打！游泳館浴巾不讓拿回酒店房間！穿拖鞋吃早餐還不讓進餐廳！需要送到房間一些信紙，等了十幾分鍾都沒有送過來再次撥打服務電話才送到！住了這麼多次5星際酒店這是第一次在一個級別不低的酒店裡遇到這麼多的情況！簡直讓人無語了！第一次入住金鷹集團酒店，也是最後一次了！無法和萬豪集團對比，真心差太遠了，細節決定成敗！你們的細節做的太差了！不配這個星級

環境沒得説，超大落地窗，可以俯視整個南京城，交通更沒得説，周邊吃的都非常好👍🏻以後來南京就這裏了！

在新街口的中心有家酒店叫金鷹國際酒店，位置很方便 交通也很方便，房間也還不錯，安排了升級，早餐也還可以，自助餐想吃啥自己拿，種類很多，很不錯，服務態度也很好，點名表揚一下秦家榮小姐姐，服務很好，退房後貼心詢問住店感受，很好，點個贊

地理位置就在新街口，不管是打車還是地鐵去哪都很方便，房間也很好，打掃的很乾凈，視野也很棒，樓層又高，不用時間段看外面都很好，前台小姐姐Nicole服務很好，回訪用心了

金鷹酒店入住過好幾次啦，每次來南京都會選擇這一家，交通不僅便利購物也很方便，商場吃的喝的玩的都有，酒店離周邊的景點也很近，打車開車地鐵到的都很快，小姐姐秦家榮很不錯，專業技能滿分，安排的很到位，哈哈好評點贊

1、前台酒店的服務人員精神面貌及行為，給顧客的表現是非常懶散，不熱情。增值類的服務不奢求，但是連便捷酒店服務的級別都達不到，服務人員給顧客的感覺是（我不想跟你多説一句話，你問什麼我答什麼就好了）
2、房間感覺很久都沒有人住了，灰塵大，但是勉強能接受
3、關於房間物品遺留的問題，退房第三天，致電問詢遺留物，酒店人員回覆的大概意思（（1）我退房時間間隔比較久了，（2）這個房間已經住進了其他客人了）。ok針對酒店回覆的話術，我能理解為清潔房間人員不會對客户的遺留物品進行保護嗎？雖然我的東西沒有被找到，但是真的有被服務人員的話術給笑到了…
總結：什麼類型的酒店就該匹配什麼樣的服務，服務真的一言難盡
