説説優點：為了看演唱會定的，超近，的確很方便，房間很大。
説説缺點：遠在郊區，1000元一晚，週末早上樓下3個球場都有訓練比賽，非常的吵鬧。
周邊什麼都沒有，要吃東西，都要從10公里以外送進來，晚上如果打開餓了嗎，都是那種不知名小店，衞生情況堪憂的那種。
所以這個酒店衹是體育館的配套，但是酒店的配套卻沒有了。
從這個酒店去市區一般滴滴打車是40分鐘，但是南京的市政交通規劃真的很無語，把唯一一條去市區的隧道在週末修繕，去市區的途徑點。
然後活生生的把40分鐘開了1小時40分鐘。

來看李宗盛演唱會，酒店工作人員都很熱情，特別是前台小姐姐李雨薇幫我叫出租車。房間面積也很大重要是裏面還有運動器材，整體服務非常滿意。看演唱會的絕佳酒店，過橋大約步行5分鐘.
