房間很乾凈，整潔，價格也合算，附近吃的地方多，交通也方便，到南京南站步行幾分鐘，老闆很熱情，下回還來住！

學生黨第二天準備去南京南站坐車，考慮方便和便宜找到這家旅社，總體感覺很棒！這家旅店是在明發廣場這個商業區，周圍交通、吃飯都比較容易解決。但或許是因為規劃的問題，客源不足，明發廣場內部的大部分店鋪都沒有開張（外部的正常營業）因此，內部很多很多房間被用作住宿、旅社。明發廣場內部很大，分多層，每層都有很多房間，也有很多出口。因此，旅社很難通過定位找到，最好按照門牌號過去，再打電話聯繫老闆。準備第二天坐車的同學可以花點時間瞭解佈局，門口電梯位置，直走可以到廣場的，如果去火車站可以省下不少時間由於房間的空缺，管理失位，還存在一個問題，就是明發廣場給人的第一印象是不安全。但親身體驗住宿之後發現，廣場內的居民都有自己的生活，沒有人特別在意你，融入其中之後反而能體會到人民的生活狀態。再説説房間。我訂了公共衞生間的房間，房間小小，但很乾凈，加上公共區域，功能相對齊全。但也存在部分設備老化的問題，但老闆人很好，也很注重安全，需要什麼可以及時溝通。從這裏出發經歷了一些事情，感受到很多，希望後續背包客們也有相同的感受。
