酒店顧問Mia提前打電話對房型要求詳細詢問，入住時房間沒有打掃出來，打掃完後及時通知入住，房型喜歡，早餐很好吃，下次來南京首選

I took my mother to experience the best hotel in Nanjing on Mother's Day. The biggest feeling is that the service here is very good and considerate. Before checking in, we asked about our needs in detail. When we heard that we were elderly, the housekeeper Bettu immediately arranged a room near the elevator for us. Later, she specially sent flowers for Mother's Day, which made the elderly very happy😊. What made me happiest was that the front desk saw that I was with two elderly people, gave us an extra buffet breakfast, and took the initiative to delay check-out to two o'clock. Very satisfied. The package I bought included two tickets to the Art Museum on the eighth floor of Deji. I even saw the original works of world-famous painters such as Monet and Picasso, which made me really enjoy an art feast. It was great.

房間很漂亮，設施非常的完善。員工服務到位，尤其是Estelle，知道我們是來麗思過生日之後，專門貼心的裝飾了房間，非常感謝～

衞生：第一天入住時開完床在被子上看到一根毛，自己就直接弄掉。沒高興找服務員。廁所上面排風積灰比較多，應該要經常清理。 服務：在入住的時候已經説了，是一個人入住，並且也是登記的一個人的身份證，可每次開床都是開兩個。這個其實體驗感還是比較糟糕的。其他還是可以的，第二天打掃房間，很快就完成。在商場買的東西送到前台會確認並且幫忙送到房間。 設施：電動窗簾總是不能一鍵開啟和關閉。也有可能是我不知道怎麼弄。吹風機插頭很容易鬆動，每次吹頭髮都要多次按插頭。

房間設施什麼的都沒得説，服務有點差勁了，可能是訂的就是基礎房型，沒啥服務吧，去吃個免費送的下午茶，我們先到，結果後來的餐比我們還先上齊，有點搞不懂，去前台諮詢也是，一個短髮妹子，理都不理你，沒一點笑容，半天蹦出來兩個字，這個真是不該是麗思的水平。
