A fabulous stay! We took our daughter and went with another couple and their son for a short getaway. The location and amenities were excellent. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Overall we had a very pleasant time and hope to go back.

We really enjoyed live there. First we were little surprise that personal hosted manager introduce us every thing which might be interested to us. He is a very warm and kind person. When we asked him about a museum. He used his own break time to get all information we need. We highly recommend this RitzCarlton. The executive lounge is also great，food and view. Services were excellent.

Key highlights: - location! Right next to Deji Plaza which has a wide selection of shops and restaurants and is even connected to the Xinjiekou subway stop - great service. Felt attended to and everyone was polite and smiling.

This was my first stay at any Ritz-Carlton property, and it was a wonderful experience. I fully expected the facilities to be stylish, and comfortable, which they were, but what made the stay extraordinary was the staff. Any member of the R-C team I encountered went out of their way to be pleasant and make me and my friends feel welcome. From the reception staff, to the staff in restaurant Lavendula, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I look forward to a return visit and know that I will encounter the same wonderful staff. The location is perfect, the views incredible, the food delicious, and the people, perfect. Thank you.

Located in Xinjiekou business district, Deji Plaza is downstairs, very convenient to take the subway, thoughtful service, complete room facilities, smart toilet, quiet in the bustling city, very good!

The hotel has a good location and beautiful environment, especially the executive lounge, which is very beautiful, with complete facilities, warm service staff and sweet smiles. It is recommended that the mini bar in the executive room be free, as guests can't drink much.

Two days before check-in, hotel staff Betty contacted me to ask if I had any personal needs for staying in the hotel, so that I could prepare in advance and try to meet them. I casually mentioned that the hotel gave me a little lion keychain and a customized room card in Shanghai RC, and Betty remembered it silently in her heart. On the day of check-in, Betty went downstairs to greet me and told me that the room was ready, and took me and my mother into the room. She specially prepared a Kong Fuzi lion, a bouquet of flowers and a welcome card drawn by Lingna Belle herself. She said that she saw that my WeChat avatar was Lingna Belle, so she drew one specially. Afterwards, she also introduced the placement of various items in the room in detail, and prepared a Nanjing version of the customized room card for my mother and me. Betty's sincerity made us feel at home. The next morning, when I had dinner at the hotel, when my mother asked the staff about the location of the porridge, the staff not only enthusiastically took my mother to find the placement, but also took the tableware, and personally served her porridge and added seasonings. It was a perfect trip. The hotel is located in the bustling city center. Downstairs is the high-end Deji Plaza. The restaurants upstairs in Deji are very delicious. Basically, there is no need to go to other places for meals. My family likes shopping. Food, accommodation and shopping are all here.
