有一説一，橘子做的確實不錯，軟硬裝都能看出花心思了，價格也很合適，酒店服務態度特別好，前台男生的聲音覺得美聲，商務或家庭出行那裡停車也很方便，經常出差所以有機會住橘子就橘子了

服務都不錯，處理及時，也有補救，但衞生及硬件設施也是真的差，視頻是看電視卡頓，無法觀看，尋問後告知是這幾天網絡不好，於是我償試投屏，成功連上電視～在查找設備時始終卡在那？最後告知查找不到設備～圖3是開始一間房桌上留下的，有一個小杯子隔層有臟水，沒留照片，給店員報廢了，床單有臟，後又因門的安全鎖壞，換了一間，門直接對床，以及第一間窗對着其他客房的窗，沒有舒適感，洗手枱不提供擦手毛巾，早餐咖啡機裝牛奶的小杯子總感覺沒有專物專用，總體來説，服務ok但旅店衹有服務，沒有硬件跟上，真的無法帶來舒適的體驗

酒店位置很好，到明故宮、南京博物院、玄武湖等著名景點都很近，帶着娃騎車十來分鐘就能到。酒店服務很好，每一位服務員見面都很真誠的打着招呼，特別要感謝牟陽經理，服務態度超好，真的讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺，點贊！孩子們住的特別開心，説下次來南京還在這裏住。

房間不大，但體驗感不錯，有小朋友的專用拖鞋跟牙刷。各種設施比較智能，晚上也安靜，最主要地理位置好，去南京博物院，總統府等都超級近。

整體環境不錯，服務也好，機器人送東西，幾乎所有需求都可滿足。房間的枕頭高度適宜。房間隔音效果不錯。外出遊玩前台會送零食。不足：房間床單不夠乾淨，洗手枱沒打掃乾淨，浴室的淋浴管已生銹嚴重未更換，房間的抽紙質量較差（這點最為吐槽，去過所有酒店不存在抽紙質量問題）
