I called the hotel and they said they didn't do anything and needed to verify it. After that, I called back and contacted Ctrip, and then they refunded it. The hotel didn't call back to explain the reason. The service was very poor

恆大酒店的服務非常值得稱讚，前台小王和禮賓小趙非常熱情友好，酒店的設施也非常完備，房間乾淨舒適，入住體驗非常好。恆温泳池非常棒，酒店環境也很好。
