自外出旅行以來體驗最差的一次…
當天中午還有客服來電詢問到店時間，到店後居然還未收拾完，原因是上一住客續了鐘點…平台沒有設定好規避…
1000+，房間很小，沒有浴袍，早餐也很少…
節假日出行，還是需要趁早，更多選擇

真的太不滿意了！！！！！！酒店我是提前2個多星期定的。定的是提前入住，也就是10點入住。如果酒店不可以，咱們可以提前聯繫，也可以不要在網上掛這個訊息。等我到了酒店，跟我説因為前面客人沒退房所以我不能住，我得等！！！！這是個什麼邏輯。我安排好我的行程，因為你們的原因，我就要把我的行程給改掉。為什麼你們沒有安排好的事讓我來承擔後果！！！還有就是，很可笑的跟我説，你們可以去附近轉轉，老大，我帶個2歲孩子，還有父母，剛下車，我就是想休息一下，你還讓我轉。後面不給我解決，父母説那就算了出去轉一下。也行。我退一步，出來也不想這麼生氣。我以為這就結束了。
然後可怕的來的，12點30多我回來了，跟我説還要等！！！！！！！什麼意思，我和我父母還有小孩又在外面等了10分鐘。這是什麼意思。我從沒有見過這樣的酒店！！！要不是五一期間酒店難定，真的一點都不願意再住，太膈應了！！！非常不滿意的體驗！！！！
