I recently stayed at the Radisson Collection Resort and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly polite and provided excellent service. My room was terrific—very clean and well-sanitized. The complimentary bus service was reliable and convenient, with friendly drivers who made the experience even better. The food was also a highlight of my stay. The breakfast selection was perfect, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The Chinese cuisine served at the resort was equally impressive, showcasing authentic flavors and expertly prepared dishes. One highlight of my stay was the hotel’s professional photographer, who took stunning photos with a unique Chinese theme. The location of the resort is perfect, offering numerous picturesque spots for photography. Overall, I highly recommend the Radisson Collection Resort for its outstanding hospitality, excellent dining, and beautiful setting.

Here is the kindest service hotel in my experience.

Highly disappointing and not worth the money! Because of covid restrictions it was difficult to get in the park where the hotel was located. We were told that there was a fireworks display on but didn’t receive a ticket like everyone else, nor were we told there would be transport to the fireworks location which, needless to say, we missed. The pool was cold and none of the spa facilities I.e the sauna or steam room were switched on so I couldn’t use any of these. The buffet was limited at both dinner and breakfast and I would not call it a western buffet in any regards. Save your money and go to the Westin or the Ritz for better quality. Beautiful view from our room though.

First of all, the space is arranged very reasonably. Changing clothes, putting on makeup, washing, and taking a shower can all be separated. The work and rest of two people will not interfere with each other. Secondly, all rooms are non-smoking rooms, which is very good. Many hotels in China allow travelers to smoke, and furniture and beds actually have PM2.5. I personally like this kind of star-rated hotel that is completely non-smoking. The room is not card-operated, but inductively powered. This is very convenient. There is also a large air purifier from Gree in the room, as well as a capsule coffee machine, and each room has an independent balcony. The package also includes a Hanfu experience, which is the 7-degree space photography on the first floor of the hotel. Everyone must remember to make an appointment the day before to have a makeup artist, otherwise you will have to take photos without makeup. They don’t remind you to put on some makeup the next day, so I took photos without makeup. . . . . I think the photographer is very serious, but the receptionist is average. When choosing Hanfu, they don’t really understand your needs, but mainly guide you to choose the clothes they want you to choose. But their clothes are quite new and good-looking. In addition, lunch was also provided, and we chose Huaiyang cuisine. Three dishes and one soup, very full, definitely enough for two girls. Overall, I am quite satisfied. When checking in, they will also send a special shuttle bus to pick you up. If you really can’t catch the shuttle bus in the park, you can also call the hotel and ask the driver to pick you up. The service is quite good. The only small episode that made me not give a full score is that when I checked in, they told me to delay my check-out until two o'clock. But when I went back after lunch at one o'clock, I couldn’t get into the room. . . . . It's better to let my mother wait upstairs. I ran downstairs to find the service staff, but it still couldn't be opened when I came up. . . . . It's so hot, waiting there is really @*/%～# In addition, I would like to remind everyone that you need to wear a swimsuit to use their hot spring. It is said that they also have an infinity pool, but I didn't enjoy it this time because I didn't bring a swimsuit. Another suggestion is that the air conditioning in the lobby is really not enough. I can understand that in this off-season, there are more service staff than tourists. It is a waste of electricity to turn it too cold, but it is really too hot. We ordered afternoon tea in the lobby, and I was sweating all the time. 😂😂😂 Their sour plum soup is very recommended, very delicious and not sweet. In short, thank you to all the service staff. The experience was beyond expectation, very wonderful, the Garden Expo Park is super beautiful, it feels like a paradise. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. Environment: The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by the "Suyunhui Valley" with 13 gardens. The room is well soundproofed, and I didn't hear any door closing or talking outside! Facilities: The hotel's swimming pool is not big but it is beautiful~ I like the room layout, and I like the toilet. There is an independent room near the door in the room, like the Japanese decoration style, and it is not a transparent door. It is far from the bed and has good privacy! But there is only mineral water in the minibar, only one capsule coffee, and no coffee cup 😂 There is no welcome fruit, which is quite strange. Now these are standard in general thousand-yuan hotels 😅 The Orange Hotel where I stayed was a few hundred yuan and gave a lot of orange soda 🤣 I think this needs to be improved. After all, it is a resort hotel, and it is just a small cost. Guests will be happier. Hygiene: The room is well maintained, clean and new. It's just that there is no brand of toiletries. It's so itchy after washing my head with shampoo. Service: The cleaners and waiters in the hotel are very enthusiastic and polite, especially the front desk, who introduced it in great detail! Add chicken legs! And a male foreman in the restaurant? They were also very enthusiastic, and kept asking us how our food was and introducing the food. Plus chicken drumsticks! 2 tickets to the Garden Expo Park: The hotel's hardware and software are neither good nor bad in the Garden Expo Park. Most of the service staff have good attitudes. The photographer Li Yang from Qidu Travel has a good attitude under the hot sun. The Garden Expo Park feels lonely now. There are not many people during holidays and there are few shuttle buses.

We chose the Radisson Collection Resort and we are very satisfied. The front desk service is very considerate and gave us reasonable suggestions for playing. We had a lot of fun. The breakfast restaurant staff is very kind and the kind and considerate smile service makes us feel at home. It is the most reasonable way to play in the Garden Expo Park to choose the Radisson Hotel to stay for one night. It is easy and not tiring. You can basically have a good time at all the attractions. You can take a ride on the small train in the Garden Expo Park, which is really a beautiful enjoyment.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the Botanical Garden and the Thirteenth Garden. The terrace of the double room faces the mountain, which is very suitable for relaxing. The breakfast has the favorite omelette and cheese, and the photographer Shao who gave it as a gift is good.

The hair dryer is a Dyson, which is a plus! I also stayed here because of the hotel's swimming pool. It's great! The uncle next to the swimming pool is also very responsible and keeps watching the children in the swimming pool. The opening hours of the hot spring are a bit short. I encountered an uncultured guest who went in without wearing a swimsuit. We left immediately and didn't experience it; Service: The hotel's service is in place. If it is not hot at noon, you can basically play all day. There are sand digging, big trampolines, water springs, slides, etc. The scenic spot cancels tickets on Sundays, and there are a lot of people, especially a lot of people. After eating the buffet in the evening, you can also take a hot spring. There are not many people in the public hot spring, so it’s pretty good to take a bath. The children can also take a bath in the big bathtub when they go back. There is a vending machine on the first floor for disposable bathtub covers. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

The Radisson is located in the center of the entire Garden Expo Park, next to the underwater botanical garden and the Jiangsu Thirteen Gardens, so you won't feel far away from anywhere. Check-in was on a weekday, and there were fewer guests. What I was most satisfied with was the good hotel service, especially the tall and curly-haired young man at the front desk who was very nice. He smiled and took us to visit the hotel room and helped lay the anti-slip mat. The service was very meticulous and thoughtful, which made people feel happy. The breakfast was also rich and varied, which was different from the bad reviews I saw online before.
