經濟一般住民俗，經濟不錯的選擇酒店。。

根本就不是什麼旅館，是在小區裏面很破的一間房，裏面都是隔板間，衞生很臟、隔音很差。

It had not been washed for at least two months. There was no hot water. It was still on the first floor. The only thing that worked was the air conditioner, and there was a charge of 10 yuan more. Money is too much. Don't go there. If it weren't for the fact that I couldn't book a normal hotel during the holidays, I wouldn't stay here. There were no towels, no hot water, nothing. It was still on the first floor and the mattress was terribly wet. It's dirty and smelly. I disagree with the sanitary conditions. It's a big bed. It's only 5 square meters. There's a stench everywhere in the room.

這不是一條差評，但也不是一條好評。設施，衞生我手動加了一星。（完全是因為服務很貼心，大半夜的） 義烏的家庭民宿不建議女孩子選，我承認叔叔大媽很熱情的為你服務，也同樣覺得價格決定體驗，所以我給服務滿星，他們做了力所能及的事情，也很尊重住客。小區是交通便利的小區，但是環境衞生和設施，衹能説真的很不好，我覺得這個價位稍微弄一弄，絕對很多人過來住，如果衹是針對無家可去的民工流浪漢的，那我沒話説，他們沒得選擇，但是如果能夠弄温馨一點，他們都會有更好的正向反饋，也許，我是説也許以前民宿老闆也是個熱血青年，衹是魚龍混雜的住户搞壞了心態，也就隨便搞搞了，最後還是想説大家同樣的價格夫子廟和萬達的青旅也許更好的選擇。雖然被子什麼的有些味道，但是床比較舒服，沒有空調，被窩温暖就行。 綜合總結：服務態度很好很好，這比較重要，這幾乎改變了我這條評論的心態。硬件設施真的特別差，不是圖片這樣子的，我覺得不如整個房間改成青旅，翻新下做成旅社，好好搞個衞生間，定價還能上去，還能多收床位費。

設施齊全，生活方便，老闆人也很好！ 多次入住了，性價比很高的一家旅館，值得推薦！
