I had the pleasure of staying at the Rachamankah Hotel recently, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst stunning mountains, the breathtaking views from the hotel left me in awe. The modern and stylish rooms, equipped with top-notch amenities, ensured a comfortable stay throughout.
For nature enthusiasts, this hotel is a haven, with its proximity to some fantastic hiking routes. The Thai cuisine served at the hotel's restaurant was a delightful culinary journey. The flavors were exquisite, and I couldn't get enough of the delicious dishes.
What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service provided by the friendly hotel staff. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our time at Rachamankah Hotel was nothing short of fantastic, and I can't wait to return to this hidden gem in the mountains.

The location is basically the center of the whole village, not far from where to go. There is also a place for children to play at the door. You can also sit on the grass at night. Room hygiene is still OK. The boss and the boss's son are very enthusiastic. Although it is hot during the day, fortunately there is air conditioning, it is not too bad. The only fly in the ointment is that it is not soundproof. Children sleep early, and there are young couples who come back late, it will be a bit noisy.
Very satisfied, all the details are very good, the coffee is also very good. It is convenient to wash clothes, and the parking lot is easy to park. Next time we come to Nanjing, we plan to stay in this hotel again. The ancient city of Nanjing is also very beautiful, and it is a pity that the New Year is too short.

The hotel itself is great: it’s located in a peaceful area, rooms are clean, they come fully equipped with everything you’d need during a short trip, room service comes every day to clean up, take the rubbish out, restock amenities etc. There’s also a restaurant available with decent food. The only con to the hotel would have to be its location - it’s located far from the city centre, and in a not so pretty area. The nearest metro station is about 30 minutes walk. There are bus stops close to the hotel, but still it takes about an hour to get to the city centre.
Over all, I would recommend staying there.

The hotel has many parking spaces, and parking is convenient. Check-in is fast, and the lobby manager Lin is attentive. I forgot to bring my ID card and helped me download the registration electronic certificate. Thumbs up! The room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete, the space is comfortable, and it is very convenient to order takeout from the room and have a robot deliver it to the room. The price-performance ratio is good!

A former five-star hotel worker, I found a clean, quiet, warm, and reliable hotel here. The concierge took me to the room and asked me to try whether there was any smoke smell. In fact, the smoke smell had been removed in advance. Although the towels in the bathroom were a little old, the warm smell was very comfortable. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was really clean at a glance. The design of the room was very elegant, the slippers were very comfortable, and the bottled water was also very beautiful. When interacting with every worker here, it didn't feel like being treated by a robot. There were questions and answers with warmth. I will definitely continue to stay here next time I come to Nanjing.

The room in Vienna is quite good. The bed is very comfortable. I always stay in Vienna when I go out. The surrounding environment is also pretty good. The front desk service is also very good. When I get there, I will warmly recommend the delicious places nearby. There are also some places to visit in the surrounding area. It’s just that the Lishui area closes relatively early. Some of the delicious food is no longer available in the evening. Overall, it’s pretty good and can be recommended [strong]
Facilities: Complete, with a large parking lot
Hygiene: The cleaning is relatively clean, and the cups are polished to a shine
Environment: The hotel is quite old, but the overall environment is quite elegant
Service: The service of the girl at the front desk is good. Overall, the stay is very good

Overall it's a wonderful experience staying at Central Hotel. I would like to call out the following amazing staffs:
前台
佳佳 小董 陈鹏 孙晨曦
陈鹏 very patiently and kindly helped to register for 南京博物馆 using her own mobile number. I am very grateful for such action.
佳佳 is very polite performing room check-in for me.
春梅 - 客房经理
王主管 - 客服主管
Housekeeping team is amazing.
王主管 responded to us very fast, when we provided feedback that the internet is very bad.
春梅 bothered to review the feedback that I have provided that the room is very stuffy. She contacted me the following day, and suggested to change to another room.
I am greatly impressed by the teams involved. They really look at all feedback and comments.

To be frank: Advantages, breakfast is good, both in terms of variety and taste, it is very good, children also like it, the swimming pool is not small for a homestay, although there are small animals in the pool, I also saw a cockroach in the water at night, which is understandable, I naturally used the water flow to send it away, the time is 9 am to 9 pm, it is very friendly to children playing in the water, and the homestay is very safe, you can't go out if you go out for a walk at 6 o'clock in the morning, the door is locked, you have to call their duty to open the door before you can go out.
Disadvantages: 1: The design of the tatami in the room is really unreasonable, it is a whole board and the position of the bed is recessed. Therefore, it leads to the position in the red circle in Figure 1. If children don't pay attention, they can easily sprain their ankles. I, an adult, also twisted my toe accidentally once.
2: The bottom of the bathroom sink countertop is too sharp. I accidentally lifted my leg and it directly tore my thigh. It was difficult to go out of the water. The next morning, it was purple and swollen. I, an adult, could bear it, so I didn't tell the merchant when I checked out. After all, it was caused by my own carelessness!
3: The B&B is in the middle of Ideal Village. There are many steps to get there. We drove from another gate and parked in the parking lot. They took us there with a shuttle bus. It takes a few minutes to walk there, especially in such a hot day in August.
4: There are only 12 rooms in the B&B. Since we are also locals, our children want to play in the water, so we chose your home because it is close. When I took the initiative to discuss with the business, my brother and his family lived in Jiangning and we had an appointment to eat at a farmhouse near the B&B in the evening. I asked if they came early and could they come to your B&B and rest in our room for a while. The store replied that they would not let them in. It was so hot outside, 40 degrees, so they just wouldn't let them in. I asked if you were worried that children would play in your swimming pool. I said I would definitely not play in your swimming pool. I asked if I could ask your boss to discuss it, and he told me directly that the boss was abroad. Haha, you have to swipe the access control card to enter the room from the hall, open the door from the room to the swimming pool, and swipe the access control card to return to the room from the swimming pool. The next morning, I forgot to bring the access control card when I went swimming, so I had to call my husband to wake him up and pick me up at the swimming pool before I could go back to the room!
5: As a homestay with an ordinary room of more than 1,000 per night, the bedding is really bad. I am also a travel enthusiast. I can basically fall asleep outside. His bed is really uncomfortable, too soft, and the quilt makes a rattling sound. I didn’t sleep all night!
My service points are only for the curly-haired black-clothed brother in his shuttle bus. When we left, he helped us take our luggage to the car! And the aunt who cleaned the swimming pool in the morning was also good! The rest of the service is basically gone!
From the moment I entered the door, I was told that no visitors would be received, and I had no good impression! Not to mention the reason that the guests would disturb other guests’ rest, this is nothing more than the reason found by the store! The store also said so!
In addition, his home is a homestay I collected a long time ago, but I didn’t expect it to come to an abrupt end! I have stayed in so many B&Bs in Liyang, and I have never been so demanding and inhumane! I have only seen the boss of ** in our own city, Nanjing!

GGuest UserAmazing stay for 3 nights! Extremely clean, tidy and well maintained. Well mannered, attentive to detail and respectful conceige & house keeping staff. Especially Zhang Wei & Han Wen who helped us greatly. They made our stay feel safe & secured. Will recommend anyone coming to Nanjing to stay here. A short 7-10 mins stroll to the main area of xinkiekou. 5 stars!

GGuest UserI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.
Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

ZZiyoufeixiangdeganjuezhenhaoAfter all, Golden Wheel Courtyard is still a brand of Marriott Group.
The overall stay experience is still very comfortable, simple and clean.
Before check-in, I was fortunate to have the administrative manager Shelia contact in advance to upgrade to an executive room. The experience of the executive floor is still good. There are executive light meals and executive lounges in the evening, which are plus points!
The room is very comfortable, the bed is just the right hardness, the room space is still relatively large (forgot to take a photo), and the breakfast service is also good.
Again, a small recommendation👍

I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

RRhiiMy room was absolutely beautiful and clean! Most of the staff were most helpful and friendly. The living room space was tranquil and quiet perfect for those needing a break or needing to complete business assignments. The swimming facilities we clean and orderly.
My only complaint would be that the valet/concierge service only helped Chinese business men with their luggage and neglected anybody else(including myself) regardless of the fact that I was carrying heavy bags around with me.
I was most please to find the room equipped with not 2 but 6 bottles of water considering the warm weather.
Aside from this I would definitely stay here again.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

During this stay there were some minor renovations on our floor outside our rooms. To be fair the hotel should close off the floor. Otherwise all is very good.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to travel to Nanjing. I booked a low-priced B&B hotel through the mini program. The accommodation environment and service were completely beyond my imagination. The service was so good. I originally booked a double bed room with a try-it attitude and asked if it could be upgraded? A beautiful girl wearing glasses at the front desk said yes. When I checked in, I asked a lot of fun places in Nanjing. He answered me one by one and provided very patient service. After I checked in, he came out to guide me to where I was staying. Seeing that I had a lot of luggage, he helped me share some of it, which made me embarrassed. (The service is not worse than the all-season, or even slightly better, in my opinion). I heard my colleagues call him Zhang Xiaomin, and I will continue to find him to check in next time. The accommodation is very good and clean. It can be seen that the aunt cleans very seriously.
