Location is good and the room is clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel for two nights. The first night was at Jinling Tower and the second night was at Jinling Hotel which is a separate building. The morning after my first stay, I had some business in the city and needed some extra time to move my luggage from the first room to the second. I called the hotel and reached senior receptionist Echo Xu who allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until I returned at 3 PM. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Jinling, I had a pleasant trip and a marvelous stay at Jinling!

First, the staff was helpful and have some understanding of English and even tries to reply and help in English. The ladies that worked on the evening shift of Thursday December 28, 2023 even suggested a fish restauant which we dearly enjoyed, thank you for the recommendation! Second, the room was clean, my luggage was safe, they cleaned the room well and refilled everything after my first night. The heating worked perfectly. Then, the breakfast was also nice. Also,the metro is an 8min walk from the hotel. However, the walls to my room was a bit too thin, I think. I could early morning the staff working in the room next door. Overall, I would recommend the place. xie xie

Beyond impressive, I really enjoyed staying here with traditional decorating. First time of solo trip, I felt safe in Nanjing and this hotel. The hotel receptionist ~Xiaoqin~ has very good service, warm and thoughtful. The hotel is located in the center of Xinjiekou. If you want to stay close to Nanjing South station this hotel is suitable for you. Location is not bad, it on corner of big street and close to Nanjing South station. Bed is comfortable on day time it a bit noisy of neighbors because this time have contraction. Check processes quite simple and staff good. Amenities is clean but have some damage examples towel have hole and in bathroom roofs is dirty. Bathroom shower a bit old 233 but it’s ok. Anyway overall it is ok if hotel can change some weaknesses.

This time I was traveling with the elderly in my family and wanted to arrange a hotel suitable for them. I looked online in advance and the hotel has a large parking lot suitable for self-driving. Before I went there, I was worried about whether it would be because the hotel has been open for a long time and the facilities are older. After I checked in, it was not a hotel at all and the details were very detailed. The soundproofing in the room is very good and the bathroom heating rack and the continuous power card are all details reflected in the service staff. They were also very enthusiastic and even upgraded the room when checking in. During our stay, we made an appointment with the explanation from Inspiration Club. We praise the hotel lady Han for her excellent explanation. We will continue to choose it next time we go to Nanjing.
