Pikachu style is my favorite. The service attitude of the Youth Hostel is very good, the work is professional, the processing speed is fast, the service is warm, the room is clean, the rest hall can be eaten, there is free drinking water and paper towels, the location is convenient, the receptionist near the South Station is two little brothers very kind, and there is a full pick-up service. Never afraid of not finding a location, the price is very affordable, cost-effective, this is my evaluation of this hotel! Awesome, there are many beautiful little brothers and sisters inside, you can enjoy the atmosphere of the university dormitory, everyone is very enthusiastic, you can also play the script together at night, it is a good accommodation for traveling to Nanjing, this atmosphere is really in place, we live very happy, very comfortable, hot water is also hot very fast, The air conditioning is great, the quilt, pillows and curtains are new, I feel that the price is worth it, I often stay in the hotel, but the service and management of this homestay is the best I have ever stayed in, it really feels like home! Give a big praise and recommend, I wish the store business is booming! great

Location is good and the room is clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel for two nights. The first night was at Jinling Tower and the second night was at Jinling Hotel which is a separate building. The morning after my first stay, I had some business in the city and needed some extra time to move my luggage from the first room to the second. I called the hotel and reached senior receptionist Echo Xu who allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until I returned at 3 PM. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Jinling, I had a pleasant trip and a marvelous stay at Jinling!

Nice Hotel in perfect location, getting a bit old and rooms need a upgrade to modern design. Check in was not good. Waited a very long time as at main check in time only one staff at the counter. Only after complaning a secong staff stop playing on his smartphone did checkin. That is not acceptable, long que at check in and staff ignored the que and play all time on his smartphone

Booked a room for the convenience of the senior high school entrance examination, and the hotel staff arranged the room very thoughtfully. Very warm and touching! As a regular guest at sofitel I continue to have good things to say about sofitel! The room was clean and fresh, electrical appliances in working condition and the water pressure was at reasonable standard. Under this booking I also had midnight snack and breakfast included. Although staff did forget to deliver my midnight snack. Annie at reception was very helpful, friendly and professional. She gifted me with a salted duck gift and a small sofitel branded perfume on check out! Furthermore as a member at sofitels fitness center and swimming pool (as somebody who swims everyday here)I was slightly annoyed with the amount of people in the swimming pool. There are 2 designated sections one larger area for free play and another for those who wish you exercise undisturbed. But today there were children everywhere and the life guard didn't seem to mind that kids were disrupting these clearly set up guidelines. After waiting around an hour for things to calm down I decided to complain to her but she just agreed that it was wrong and did nothing about it... After waiting another half an hour my friend managed to have a swim. I hope more effort is put into training staff around managing people within their designated areas.

It’s a really nice hotel. Very big room and great view. Also the bath tub is very big. The bed is really soft and there’s a selection of pillows with different scents that you can order which is great. There were only two issues. First,The hotel reception staff aren’t very friendly. It felt like being checked in by robots. I kind of expected a better manner from such a good hotel brand. Second, the outdoor pool was closed. It says on the website that the outdoor pool closes if it’s raining. But it didn’t rain. The weather was quite nice. They told us it was closed for technical reasons. I felt a little bit cheated by this as one of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the outdoor pool. No prior notice or message was sent. The indoor pool was open but it was extremely shabby. Felt like a public swimming pool. Overall, I feel like the hotel is tricky and offering a package which they can’t fulfill.
