We had a package that needed to be sent via express to another hotel in China. When the delivery needed a local number and someone to receive it, our hotel front desk attendant (Sally) helped us. She immediately took control of the situation and added the delivery company’s WeChat, talked to them on our behalf, paid on our behalf (personally, from her own WeChat! We did reimburse her after), and handled the calls and messages between our delivery company and our next hotel. Our package made it safely and was waiting for us when we got to the next hotel. This was a sentimental gift, and fairly expensive. We were relieved it was handled with utmost care!  Sally is a super star and the customer service at Kempinski hotel is above and beyond!
