Location is good and the room is clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel for two nights. The first night was at Jinling Tower and the second night was at Jinling Hotel which is a separate building. The morning after my first stay, I had some business in the city and needed some extra time to move my luggage from the first room to the second. I called the hotel and reached senior receptionist Echo Xu who allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until I returned at 3 PM. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Jinling, I had a pleasant trip and a marvelous stay at Jinling!

Not the best experience… the day we were set to leave, there was no hot water available on our floor. We had to call front desk about 6 times before they let us shower in a different room. No apologies we’re given, and staff seemed nonchalant about the inconvenience. I understand that some issues may come up, but it would’ve been nice if some urgency was given toward those who were inconvenienced on the floor (or even a notice to let us know the hot water isn’t working).

Great Holiday Inn experience. Good value for money, very central and conveniently located next to malls, tourist areas and amazing eateries. From arrival, the staff are genuinely kind and courteous. A shout out to Alan for checking us in quickly, even though it is a timely process for foreigners. He also upgraded our stay, which was a pleasant surprise! 😁 As for the property, and amenities, it is standard Holiday Inn vibes, though a bit dated and in need of a modern facelift. I would definitely recommend this holiday to friends and travelers to Nanjing.

Great hotel, a bit worn off but good overall… customer service could be better at the reception only one person was a bit upset maybe because we didn’t speak Chinese? I don’t really know but he wasn’t happy at all… didn’t explain anything, just handed the room card and we needed to work out the wifi password tho… I recommend the hotel overall was a good stay!

There are shopping malls around and many gourmet restaurants downstairs. There were many people checking in at the hotel after arriving, but the staff checked in quickly. When I found the room, I found that the cleaning staff's workshop was next to the corner. I often heard noises. When I went out, there was a cleaning truck at the door. The cleaning staff was very active and very clean in cleaning the room. They would greet us when they saw us going out and coming back. Say hello, very warmly. The TV in the room cannot cast the screen, you can only watch live TV programs, and there are not many choices. It is very convenient to separate wet and dry areas in the room.

The front desk service was very good. We arrived at the hotel after ten o'clock. We were holding thermos cups and they filled us up with hot water and gave us two bottles of warm mineral water. Because we parked on the road at the door, we were told that a ticket would be issued and we were allowed to leave. Leave the key at the front desk to help us move the car the next morning. Very considerate! ! ! ! Because I had to go to Tangshan after visiting Vientiane World the next day, I only stayed one night. The environment was very good. Before leaving, we were given two more bottles of mineral water. I was very attentive and gave us two masks and a large plate. Oranges are for guests to pick up, but we are too pressed for time. Let’s pick them up next time hahahahahahaha

The location of the hotel is really good. There is a bus station at the door, and the subway station is just across the road. Because it was an evening flight and it was late, I arrived late, and I called the front desk. The environment is good and the service is good, but the sewer in the bathroom is a bit dirty The smell, it's not the smelly one, it's better when the door is closed, the sound insulation is not so good, I can hear the snoring next door, the twin room is indeed a bit small, but it's acceptable, I'm traveling this time, and I'm very satisfied , I will book this next time I go to Nanjing. The smallest and dirtiest hotel ever booked. The location is in an apartment building, surrounded by short-term tenants, people order takeaway from 12:00 to 2:00 in the middle of the night, and the sound of food delivery keeps ringing. The bed was sandwiched between the window and the bathroom, with only space for a suitcase at the head of the bed. The sheets and quilt covers were of strange colors, and the skin began to itch after sleeping in the middle of the night. The bathroom is only big enough for one person to turn around, there is dust everywhere, bugs dare not touch it. The window was pulled with a rope and wouldn't lock. I am used to good reviews and don't want to trouble.

房間環境不錯，很乾凈，老闆人也很好，就是面積稍微有點小，可以開投影看電視，有WIFI，但浴室是有點半透明式的，建議的注意一下就是，出行也很方便，新街口地鐵15號離得不遠，新街口地鐵也很方便，基本上景點123號線就能完成，樓下就有很多小吃，不用跑很遠專門去科巷或者夫子廟的食物，樓下也好吃，並且不貴，忘了拍房間實景了，放點買的小吃吧～
