The location is excellent and the environment is very good. The room was very clean and quiet at night, although the window outside the big bed room was walled, it would not feel stuffy. The hotel staff are very young and cute, the service attitude is particularly good, I hope not to raise the price, I will stay here in Nanjing later!

The location is good, very close to Hongshan Forest Zoo, opposite to Xuanwu Lake, next to the subway station and high-speed rail station. There is a parking lot, convenient for travel! Let's talk about the hotel itself. After all, it is old, the facilities are relatively old. The shower is in the bathtub, which is dirty and has yellow stains; the air conditioner is very noisy; the waiter in the breakfast room on the second floor has a bad attitude, and the receptionist at the front desk has a better attitude!

Let's talk about the advantages first. It is close to Nanjing Railway Station. The airport bus is just 100 meters away. The subway station and bus station are next to the railway station, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. This is the highlight of the hotel that attracts tourists the most. In addition, the room can see the side lake view. Opposite is Xuanwu Lake. It is nice to take a walk in the morning. Because the hotel is not facing the lake, all rooms can only see the side lake view, not facing it. The restaurant on the second floor of the hotel has good dishes, not very expensive, and relatively light, which is suitable for the taste of Cantonese people. The service attitude of the front desk staff is quite good and quite enthusiastic. Now it's time to talk about the disadvantages. The poor hygiene and old facilities are completely unrelated to the sign of a four-star hotel. It is understandable that the hotel is a bit old, but the maintenance is too poor. The hygiene of many old hotels is better than this one. Since the facilities are old, attention should be paid to hygiene so that guests can stay at ease. Seeing the layer of dust on the window, the scenery outside is not very clear, and the edge of the wash basin is moldy. There are a lot of hair and other things on the carpet, and it has not been vacuumed clean. The free bottled water on the table was not full, one bottle was more and one bottle was less, I dare not drink it. There seemed to be not many food restaurants nearby. When I stayed at the hotel, the hotel air conditioner was undergoing seasonal maintenance. There was no air conditioner, only ventilation. Fortunately, the weather was neither cold nor hot, otherwise I don’t know how to endure it. If you are greedy for convenient transportation and have low requirements for accommodation, you can make do with one night. If you want to stay comfortably, it is recommended to choose another hotel.

The hotel was amazing, we’ve had a great time at the hotel. The food was yummy and the environment was great as well. Considering that I went to Hongshan Zoo early in the morning, I chose Home Inn. This room is very large and it is very close to the zoo. It is from the train station to take a down passage, there is no escalator, it is very tired to carry the box. The room is relatively clean and there is a robot delivery service. Very good choice

The staff is polite and friendly. The hotel is at the hotspot of the city, where ming city wall, fuzimiao street are at the footsteps. Would recommend it to everyone who doesn't wanna spend a lot on sheltering during traveling.

It’s a really nice hotel. Very big room and great view. Also the bath tub is very big. The bed is really soft and there’s a selection of pillows with different scents that you can order which is great. There were only two issues. First,The hotel reception staff aren’t very friendly. It felt like being checked in by robots. I kind of expected a better manner from such a good hotel brand. Second, the outdoor pool was closed. It says on the website that the outdoor pool closes if it’s raining. But it didn’t rain. The weather was quite nice. They told us it was closed for technical reasons. I felt a little bit cheated by this as one of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the outdoor pool. No prior notice or message was sent. The indoor pool was open but it was extremely shabby. Felt like a public swimming pool. Overall, I feel like the hotel is tricky and offering a package which they can’t fulfill.
