For those who come to Nanjing Normal University to take the postgraduate examination, it is close, about 600 meters away. Because it is relatively cheap, it is smaller (no desk, but the toilet and bathroom are complete, and the hair dryer needs to be picked up from the front desk and returned). It is not very soundproof. It seems that several of them are students coming to take exams, so it is not too noisy. It’s okay as a place for poor students to settle down! It can be used as a postgraduate re-examination.

I chose this hotel when I was going to take the Nanjing Normal University exam. It is very close to Nanjing Normal University. You can walk there in five or six minutes. The hotel is quite good. Although the entrance is small, the room is okay. The price/performance ratio is quite high. The owner of the hotel is also nice. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not good.

The hotel room is hygienic and clean, and the lady at the front desk is responsive to all requests. The surrounding transportation is relatively convenient. It is about a ten-minute walk from the Gulou subway station. It is convenient to travel around and there are many snacks.

The location was excellent, and the open facilities were very good. I understand it's a ”China thing” that prevents outdoor swimming pools from being open to the public other than July - August - but it's ridiculous and one that a 5-star hotel should change. You advertise having an indoor and outdoor pool; however, 85% of the entire year, it is closed.... so how can you say you have an outdoor pool? It's false advertising. It was 32 degrees this weekend and perfect weather for the outdoor pool, but you didn't have it open - thus, I took away two stars on facilities. The service in the restaurant was EXCELLENT on the 45th floor, extremely good and well worth the 5stars; the front desk people also on the 1st floor incredible; however, the service in the (the indoor!!!) swimming pool was extremely average - feeling like being served from student intern vs. any 5star customer service at all. The service in the bar on the 78th floor was highly average. also, for 5star, with us having to ask for drinks and not a single smile when serving the drinks, while the 78th-floor views are breathtaking, the service was let down. Last but not least, our parents-in-law traveled with us and rang the front desk for help with the TV. They rang twice, and they were waiting for someone to help them. I have stayed at Intercontinental Hotels in other locations, and the service is always very good. While some departments at this location were good, they needed to be more balanced by the inconsistency of the other departments.

This hotel is affordable cozy, cute, clean, comfortable and gives a home feeling. The room was just the right size with every amenities available. They have breakfast buffet with many delicious treats. Perfect when traveling on a budget. The location isn’t convenient because of the construction being done next to the hotel. We almost couldn’t find the hotel and the taxis made us walk to the main road because the hotel wasn’t easy to find. As soon as I got into the hotel, all my frustrations were gone 😍😍😍. As a picky person, am more concerned about my surroundings so if you don’t mind the small inconvenience, then please make a booking
